No different than claiming hotkeys in Starcraft are for noobs. It's a flawed argument since the game designers had the controls added into the game for players.

I also believe that Bob is going to change the politics of the game as well. He changed from the nice and awesome wilderness survival old guy to someone who learned to play the game (or at least learning to). I think he can do pretty well if he uses his nice old man character to put the politics...

Use it if you want to camp against a character with projectiles. Just make sure you have enough distance to be back to stop their offensives once you finish using it. Depending on your opponent, you can limit their approaches (given they can't projectile you back).
