so i beileve this match is a reading game but if you read right there is high reward. heres some vids of me fighting d-torr. one i lose on ps1 badly like 3 stocked.
One way to fight zss is to just try to fight he with no CG (i think this is the best way). Stay focus on fighting her without cg more and also desync alot.
Id say this Matchup is alittle worst then 35:65 zss samus favor on Counter picks. On stages like SV, FD, BF the match up is about 45-55. But anywhere else its pretty bad. Like 40:60 at best.(notice me having alot more trouble on PS1 and Yoshis)

When he first started playing the MU he desynced and IIRC it made his punishes off vs. her moves that mess up buffers (e.g. Dsmash). It's really easy to mash out of a desynced grab punish vs. Dsmash.

Items eat my soul vs her.
I think CGs are neccisary in any and ever mu.
Just gotta learn the timing for them.
Which is hard to memorize.
