Didn't you just tell me yesterday that you were the @Macchiato of second mains? What happened to your other second mains like Diddy KongI think I can help with this (I've mained Shulk from day one, secondary Mario/Fox for a long time already)

Wow I completely forgot Luigi is a walking "lol damage" button >.> uhhh I despise "lol damage" buttons
Does he, now?
While Luigi's aerial mobility is super ****ty, yeah, he's actually surprisingly fast on the ground. Also, his fireball spam makes it awkward to even zone him. He doesn't have as much difficulty with zoning as you'd think.
Ask @Macchiato for advice (Been lurking long enough to know this hehe)
Thanks for the advice, It will be put to good use :D. Sorry for the low reply time...I think I can help with this (I've mained Shulk from day one, secondary Mario/Fox for a long time already)
The MAIN mistake everyone does is they think first about the viability of a character. I suggest you try to think of what playstyle suits you best. After that, you think of what type of fighter you prefer. Do you want to have sword range? Do you want to be a fast-type of character? You want to be a fatty/heavy (Bowser, DK or whatever)? Do you want to be Diddy Kong and ruin my life? After deciding on what type of fighter you'd like, that's when the character viability kicks in. Do you care about your character's viability?
That's about it. Remember, you need to have fun with Smash 4 to actually maximize your experience. Make sure the character you'll use will make your experience fun no matter what. It's like picking a course in college. Make sure that the course fits your preferences, so you'll have fun all the way

Really? So, your brother doesn't have a separate NNID? Do you two run under the same tags while competing?! ARE YOU TWO ACTUALLY CLONES!?Er.... The same?
The Macchiato thing was a joke since it's an ongoing gag that he switches mains 24/7 btw HAHA.Thanks for the advice, It will be put to good use :D. Sorry for the low reply time...

Or be like me and main someone out of pure rage and hatred. The Macchiato thing was a joke since it's an ongoing gag that he switches mains 24/7 btw HAHA.
I ended up being a Link main nearly my entire Smash career (throughout all the games except PM and Melee where he was a 2nd main) since I loved the Zelda games and I was a huge fan of Link. Picking a character you really like or you're a big fan of is a great way to find a permanent main throughout most games (I even stuck to Link in Brawl LOL). If you want to pick a permanent character for the specific game, try out most characters first and see whose playstyle you have fun with the most. After playing Sm4sh and taking on and dropping like 23 second mains, I've learned to realize that the amount of fun you have with the character really affects how you play.
I really liked playing as sheik in brawl, so im thinking in this game im going to be looking for a fast character (NOT SONIC). I'm also thinking about waiting until after the patch to start expirmenting on some charcters i like, cause the ones currently could changeThe Macchiato thing was a joke since it's an ongoing gag that he switches mains 24/7 btw HAHA.

Star Wars is great . So the reason you main Falco is because you hate him?
YESthe superior stage choice of Fountain of dreams
This is also why I dislike all the attention dreamland 64 is getting.YES
BEST SMASH STAGE EVER

what makes you think you can adapt to Mega Man's awkwardness if you can't adapt to a simple name changeNot very used to not having safe sh aerials or a conventional jab/ftilt. Could maybe adapt if I gave him time.
Adapting to nerfs (name nerfs) is hard too ya knowwhat makes you think you can adapt to Mega Man's awkwardness if you can't adapt to a simple name change
I know you aren't the originalwhat makes you think you can adapt to Mega Man's awkwardness if you can't adapt to a simple name change

You should nerf yourself all the way and name yourself something likewhat makes you think you can adapt to Mega Man's awkwardness if you can't adapt to a simple name change
Yes... I feel that way all the time. I'm not sure if its my hands not adapting to the different controller or what, but i dislike being better in the 3ds version than the wii u, instead of having of the same skill in both.Still waiting for Smashville on 3DS...
and does anyone have that weird **** of "I'm good on 3DS, feel worse on Wii U"
your not home im homei think the Macchiato-drinking game took a toll on you sis

Yeah, like, if I were to play the Wii U version right now I know I'd get worse. (Yes I tried out the Pro Controller.) I felt clunky af.Yes... I feel that way all the time. berserker00 = My brother
Nah, I main him because people trashed on him and wrote him off within the game's release in Japan, so I got ****** off after a couple weeks of owning the game and people still acting like Falco was horrible beyond relief along with misconceptions being spread and this whole negative attitude against him; early on, Falco was said to have no kill moves other than Bair and his Smashes, no edgeguarding tools, and overall pitiful in the early days along with I guess you could say, bias, where if people see a Falco, they'll start rooting for the other player. People dropped him because he's not the broken mess he was in Melee and Brawl and that they only mained him because of his tier rank. Marth, Meta Knight, Dr. Mario, Robin, Triple D, Zelda, and everyone else ended up getting better light, but Falco hasn't and is still treated pretty badly, especially since there aren't any good and major results with him. Still, I bet that if he won EVO, people would still make excuses like, "Oh, Nakat's hand was hurting that day, so that Falco player won unfairly," and, "ZeRo wasn't used to the new patch", and other BS. It's either indifference or trash talk piled on top the few positives people will say about him.Star Wars is great . So the reason you main Falco is because you hate him?

Fountain of Dreams has:
Beautiful visuals
A perfect representation of Kirby games
Godlike music that even Hal likes to reuse for Kirby
Platform behaviors that separate it from battlefield while still being legal.
AND YET!
People want Dreamland 64 for some strange reason.
