TBH I don't think she will be viable even after the change. She's kinda OK in the right hands, but playing a Tracer would be a better use of time/skill if you're playing Sombrero. Though Sombrero is so fun.

She'd need less clunk to her kit as a whole to feel better. Perhaps even gaining Ult Charge from hacks (which means they'd have to deal some sort of damage) would be a step in the right direction. Her being able to hack faster and more often is OK, but does not solve her main problem - which was clunkiness (and the lack of kill power, even when up close).

Probably because the default setting is 1.0 and people would expect the default settings to be, well, default. Someone asked who and why it was even touched since outside of doubles and if you were doing 3 stock, you would not be changing the settings at all. Going into random stage select settings to discuss stage bans wouldn't have you touch launch rate. Pretty much nothing would have you touch launch rate and accidentally changing it because you scrolled down too quickly would have at least been noticed by your opponent if not the entire audience.

Last time I checked, some people were questioning the validity of the tournament because of this -- only 1 setup was affected, however -- and the issue of the TOs not letting the 2 known affected matches -- Dabuz vs. Zero and Captain Zack vs. Komorikiri -- be at least replayed off-stream since it would probably take too long to replay them on-stream. For one, it seems Komorikiri is especially and justifiably upset and some people are worried that Captain Zack might be treated negatively because he was the unknowing victor of an unfair match. Had it gone the other way, it would have been the same; Captain Zack probably would have been upset and some worried that Komorikiri might be considered a fraud. It's just a crappy situation overall.

I got my Cambridge exam results just now. I did the FCE test which IIRC mean First Certificate in English.

I scored an average of 184 out of 190. So I passed on grade A which is the highest I could get.

There's also my scores on each individual part of the test.

Writing: 164
Listening: 190
Speaking: 185

This, gorls, is why I have people proof-read my fanfictions lol

But hey, not bad for someone who didn't study and whose English is mainly self-taught.

Catching up with the Top 3 of Genesis 4. But I will say, congrats to MKLeo for winning another tournament with Marth.
I'm genuinely happy with the results of this tournament so far. Brood sending ZeRo to Losers and eliminating Zinoto and getting 25th place (Duck Hunt deserves a treat for that). And Marth winning once again, though I do hope that because of Marth's success, we'll see Lucina climb up the tier list too. But then again, we'll probably just see Marth climb the tier list more and Lucina just stay at the bottom of Mid being neglected.

Also, I'll be doing some research on Moulton Minis and checking to see what I have to do this week too for University. Oh and I found a Eurobeat meme involving the ice scene from the Polar Express; it somehow meshes well together.

I didn't get a chance to watch that. But I am disappointed about the sets between ZeRo and Dabuz and Komo and CaptainZack. I am concerned on how the setting got altered like that.

I thought my post effectively conveyed that I think she's still trash, but evidently not. Maybe I should have italicized "complete."

Regardless, I'm glad they're taking it slow with Sombra since they turned Ana into a complete monster.

What I really want for Sombra is for them to fix all of the bugs in her kit. The biggest thing that needs to be fixed is that you can still be killed/hooked/whatever as you're translocating. Reddit has some crazy gycats of Sombra getting pulled across the entire map by Roadhog because he hooked her after she translocated away. Also, apparently her abilities just straight-up don't work sometimes. Once or twice, I've tried to throw down my translocator for it to not even come out snd instantly go on cooldown.

As for actual buffs, I just want her spread to be tightened so she can do more reliable damage at range.

Since I've been playing Pokemon Shuffle again (I only play it for the Special Stages now, since the main stages can be dumb af if you don't use your Coins for some stages which is a REALLY stupid way of forcing you to grind or pay to actually continue). And they brought back the Safari where you can get both Shinies of Magikarp and Gyarados. Managed to get the Magikarp, gonna try and aim for the Gyarados next and then get the standard version.

My only beef with Tekken 7 right now outside of the male characters looking like beefcakes is the fact the voice clips excluding the newcomers during fights are old as sin. This is also a problem I have with Smash, but not as much since it's only Bowser, Diddy, and DK. Sometimes, it's okay like Lars doesn't really need an update or if it's "done well" like Bryan outside of his stupid laugh can pass, but then you have characters like Kazuya who still has +10? year-old voice clips or as a result of changes in voice actors or actresses, there's a dissonance. I think it was attributed to how expensive the voice actors' contracts were or something which for me, I'd rather find substitutes who are just as good, but don't charge an arm or a leg. That being said, Tekken has a giant cast, however, so do other fighting games. So, it's understandable, but also difficult to justify. It's weird since Soul Calibur updated their voices almost every game. SC is developed by Project Soul which is an internal team within Bandai Namco. Well, whatever.

Unrelated to all of this, so Mario Sports Superstars is getting Amiibo cards and obviously there's artwork, advertisement, on the cards themselves, or packaging, etc. Saw this on NintendoLife's article about that bit of news this morning while riding the bus. Pokemon Bank finally got updated, so now we can transfer all of the Pokemon we got in Gen 6 and Gen 1 over to Gen 7.
Managed to get the new Mewnium Z too and now we can finally breed to get some moves on Pokes for VGC. Like Feint for Tsareena and even Fake Out Salazzle too.
