New Pokemon footage everyone!

We got three new Pokemon, Z-Moves for Pikachu and Eevee, Pokemon Refresh and character customization as well.

The new Pokemon are Passimian, Oranguru and Lycanroc (Midday and Midnight Forms).
Passimian is a pure Fighting type with the ability Receiver.
What Receiver does is in Doubles, if its ally Pokemon faints; it'll gain its ability. This seems like it can be VERY useful in VGC.

Oranguru is a Normal/Psyhic type with the abilities Inner Focus and Telepathy.
It has an exclusive move called Instruct where it can make its ally perform the move it just used again in the same turn... that seems REALLY good to be honest.

Lycanroc is a pure Rock type and its Midday form has Keen and Sand Rush as its abilities. Whereas Midnight form has Keen Eye and Vital Spirit. Midday Form gets the move Accelerock which is a priority move just like Quick Attack and Extreme Speed.

Pikachu's Z-Move is called Catastropika. However, Eevee's is the one that has me interested. Eevee's is called Extreme Evoboost, where it gains +2 in Attack, Defense, Sp.Attack, Sp.Defense and Speed. It's basically a free Anicent Power/Silver Wind combined with Xerneas' Geomancy + Power Herb combo. I doubt this'll make Eevee viable, since it's an Eevee for goodness sake.

Pokemon Refresh seems like a more enhanced version of Pokemon-Amie. You can now heal your Pokemon of status effects it seems, dry them and so on. Also, character customization is back! <3
Can change your hair, eye colour, clothes, etc. It feels soooo good to see it back!

I have a feeling we'll be seeing Oranguru an awful lot in VGC. It looks like it has some good bulk HP wise, curious if its defense and sp.defense stats will also be good as well.

Went to a local last night. Got 2nd/7 in SFV and 5th/11 in Smash. Only lost to G Jay/Xenia (another RI Bayo main) in close sets (though they were both 2-0) and in SFV I lost 6-2 in grands to G Jay after not dropping a game in winners. Got plenty of Smash friendlies in, hope to go again soon.

• I am really good at the Sonic matchup

So taking a break of being an emo *****, I decided to look at trying to learn the following combo:

It's sick as **** & it'll be super cool if we can incorporate this combo or something similar to our gameplan for the Mewtwo MU (as at the time of writing, he's probably the only character in the game that footstool sweetspot Dair works on the first bounce). So I here I am in practice mode & I have made an important but annoying discovery.

Basically, if Mewtwo is facing RIGHT, grounded footstool Dair is guaranteed no matter what our position or what way we're facing with no additional drift after the footstool. Which is fine
However, if Mewtwo is facing LEFT, the Dair requires no drift if we're facing RIGHT, but if we're facing LEFT we need to drift the slightest bit to the right to get the sweetspot.

My guess on why this happens is basically lol Z-axis BS, since it works perfectly fine on DH

Kinda off topic, tho it's basically Fall so... I just watched Scary Godmother 1 and 2 because someone shared them on Facebook. Jesus Christ Zelda SassT, these reminded me how awful most 3D animation was in the early 2000's. Then again Reboot was kinda OK for a 3D animation thing. I saw Toy Story 3 for the 1st time, too.

Tho I always hate the crying or sad parts in movies. I don't necessarily get sad, but seeing someone (even fictional characters/cartoons) get sad makes my face do the cricri sadsad thing. I ask "face what are you doing?" and it replies "the thing that's on TV."
