I've been lurking around this site for years before I made this account. Although, I wasn't very active then. Just lurked around finding some help for my Brawl main.

When Smash 4 came out, I decided it would be a great time for me to get involved with the community.

Spoiler: Brief history

I had my doubts on Olimar but the way Rich Brown plays him inspired me to main him. I can safely say Olimar is a threat if you don't know how to counter him.

Olimar was actually one of my first mains. I still use him today, although not as much as before.

He's not bad considering I won 4th place in my first tourney using Wario. If you are curious the final set was against Diddy.

I remember the time when people were unsure of Warios potential. I however just used him on my first 3DS tourney and won against a pre-patch Diddy.

Hey guys I've got great news, got 5th place at a local tourney with the swordfighter. Didn't plan on using him but a friend of mine dared me to. I tested out him a couple weeks back and he is not as bad as everyone thought. Just gotta play him opportunistically.
You have to punish people by using some hard reads.

Lost to a sonic on my last set. He was too fast for me to punish him and I got bodied.
If your'e curious I used the short and skinny one because it was faster.
The custom moves were 1313.

Got 25th at my locals. The Zelda Road is a tough one, but it shall be glorious once the Art is mastered!

If you ever have any questions or want to play some rounds, feel free to just drop a line. I'm really glad I did; McKnightlíght and I had some really fun games for a 3 hour marathon (which I only know because that's how long our Skype call was) and he let me know about the backstory to the Zelda boards too, as well as boosting my confidence in the game and helping me learn how to space properly on non-omega battlestages. I've thanked him already, but @Suicidal_Donuts is the reason I even bothered entering a tournament because I realized I had the potential when I was able to hold my ground against him. Though his Lucas destroyed me and I found out later he was sick...

Anywho! So far my experience with everyone has been great. I'm way too shy in person like I was at my tourney yesterday, but the whole online anonymity thing helps me out ><.

I would ask some people here if they wanted to play, but I don't have my Wii U since I am currently in the process of moving to Texas.

I'm kinda the opposite. The only one I didn't side with Marie was the Marshmallow vs Hot Dog Splatfest. The Art vs Science one was a tough choice, and even though I was leaning more towards Science, Marie was the deciding factor in that.

Marshmallows vs Hot Dogs
Autobots vs Decepticons
Art vs Science

At least Decepticons won last time, but hey, I had more fun in this Splatfest than I did in the last

a) If top: Know that her short hop nonsense approach is not safe on shield and give her a ride on the elevator to the heavens.

I have a Zelda Social folder with over 100 pics/gifs/sass, whether it's been posted here or not. Just in case the need arises for something in it, it's all there. Unless it's a Ghirahim or Wii Fit Trainer gif, those go in a different folder.

Mained Aerospray RG since I got my hands on it. However it's effectiveness has been fading in recent games, and I think I may decide on a new main weapon at some point soon.

Though I haven't played heavily since it was introduced, the Splatlings have always interested me. Might pick up the Mini.

Splatoon is ridiculously fun, no matter how much you obsess with other games, Splatoon will make you play it for hours.

I use pretty much every Blaster in the game

I use only the Inkbrush. It's basically the Wii Fit Trainer of Splatoon. Everyone thinks it sucks until you see people doing amazingly well with it.
I dabble in other things too, lately I've been having fun with the L-3 Nozzlenoses (More so the default because lol disruptors)

I remember when it first came out I thought it looked kinda dumb, but hey.. who am I to judge something I never even tried. The problem right now is the problem everyone has. The thing that stands between people and things they want. Money. So, might be awhile, lol.
