So I gave it thought, surprisingly so here's my Until Dawn tier list because I was bored:
A tier
Chris
- My favorite character because well... he just strikes me as the most likable dude of the cast but it's just my opinion. It's that same random spark of likability that Fox has in Smash 4. Chris has to do some seriously hard decision making and he needs to shoot his way through some baddies so yeh. Cool guy and a prankster with a girl that he really wants to go for. Cool gai
Sam
- My 2nd favorite because she's "sane" compared to the cast in my opinion. Like, she doesn't do anything that's stupid or anything. Like, shoot people or cut people in half but she's not above Chris because she isn't that involved in most of the tense moments (until the last parts of the story). She has that "all-around" feeling like Mario
B tier
Mike
- He gets the job done because he's basically the guy who has to do most of the hunting and adventuring rather than the decision making. He's an annoying jerk though early on but he becomes more dependable and caring later on but initially... he was a ****. He's really good but he's a ****, like Falcon (seriously, **** that character)
Josh
- He's insane as **** but he's really interesting. Like Greninja. That's all I gotta say
C tier
Emily
- Hated her at first then I began to feel bad about her then I started liking her more afterwards. Like, I understand why she's scared to hell by everything and yeah sure, she tends to be 2sassy4u but she develops later on depending on your decisions. So yeah. You have to give her time to like her. She seems bad at first but she's alright once you use her, like how people were to Falco
Ashley
- She's nice but she's too scared for my tastes. She fears falling head first into danger so much, that it gets really annoying. Like, I know it's scary to be in a situation like that but being calm is the number 1 thing to do in situations like that. Kinda like Little Mac since doing anything and ****ing up really scares you since you can die if you **** up. LOL
D tier
Matt
- I felt bad for him because of that bull**** death but he's just... uninteresting in general. I still feel bad though but he has slow (if any) and if not, no character development. He doesn't do much things that strike out as interesting. Like, Mike and Chris can do the same **** Matt does except Matt is nicer than them. He's more "honest" but he's ultimately meeeh like Robin :^)

) - Useless and bad. You can argue that she's basically the Zelda of the game too but I'll stick to Samus because reasons. I don't have to explain my reasons for this *****
