smash tour is horrible no matter what system it could have been on regardless of graphics. the idea is nice but how it plays out is the worst board game in history, especially with AI. personally i would have liked if both systems had smash run.

How would Smash Run be good on the console? Split screen would be very confusing considering how much can happen on your own ds screen, and how in the world would you use your powers with only a controller? Smash tour may not be the greatest, but replacing it would definitely be a no-go, IMO.

Ditch the powerups, put plentiful items in it. Like in subspace. Split screen worked perfectly in City Trial.
Also with the Wii U, they could actually have you on the same map instead of doing unnecessary filler of just beating up enemies by yourself.
Being on the Wii U version would actually make it fun.

I also thought of City Trial.

Stuff was confusing as hell but you don't really think on your powerups anyway. Equipment though, might get a bit difficult to use.

Good night perfect sisters~

May not show up as often here starting tomorrow, but I'm sure there's sooo many of us here that we can keep each other company quite well. :p

Also, @ Fernosaur Fernosaur can you relink the amazing Zelderp comic with her flopping after a whiff Lightning kick?

Self-promotion is the life of an artist.
The truest of words :'D

Also, thanks for the watch! I'm super inactive in dA, though, work eats my everyday life :'D, although hopefully I'll be able to paint more me-stuff from this month on!

/has been saying that for two years oTL

LOL I know the feeling. I usually have short bursts of activity there, then long times of being dormant. I hope you are able to find time to paint more, as I really enjoy your works; especially this one.

EDIT: And http://fernosaur.deviantart.com/art/The-Sorcerer-of-Winds-261735283 this one too.

That's some amazing stuff!
You should totally make some art of Link and Zelda kissing in a beautiful depiction of the sacred realm

Meanwhile, my DA is covered in dust, and it only has a couple sketches.
I'm gonna hang myself or something for how beautiful your works are

I can barely draw a circle
Tbh, can anyone draw a circle well LOL.
In my opinion, what matters more are the ideas behind your drawings anyway.
Yeah :'D, that's my most popular piece to date. It was featured in IGN a while back!
I can see why. Great job on the facial expression and I love the blue you used for shading.
Thanks for the watch by the way. Pretty much everything I post there are just quick scribbles. I need to start spending more time on my art.

@ Lozjam Lozjam I shall NEVER ship Zelink. EVER.

@ micstar615 micstar615 Hahaha, thanks!! Although, tbh, circles are pretty hard to draw just like that because SYMMETRY, so if you can actually draw perfect circles you're super skilled :p

@ L Latte I saw! But they're nice anyways. You should try and sketch more things! I do have a bunch of sketchbooks that I've never bothered to scan (nor do I think I will) which I carry around to get a sketch or two when I can. Keeps the wrists agile!

Also, back to the circle topic...

Why? It's 100% Canon in a ton of Zelda's like:
SS
ALttP
ALBW
WW
ST
Zelda 2

I don't honestly think it's canon in ALttP or ALBW, OR WW. In all three of those they mostly look like allies in a tough battle, but a ship war is far from what I want to participate in. I just don't like the idea that Link and Zelda must be together because it resonates a little bit too much with the hero x princess archetype which plagues old school games (like Mario and the earlier Zeldas, etc).

SS and ST are totally canon, though, but I don't think much of them.

I actually already knew you drew this and I have checked your page before, unlike everyone else apparently
still good stuff
Omg someone who reads signatures D:

I got a hardbound sketchbook and some watercolor supplies for Christmas. Maybe it's time to start using them. Teaching myself how to use watercolors is depressing.

Neither Link or Zelda are ever shown to canonically end up with anyone. In some games it's implied (Skyward Sword) but implied is not the same as canon.

As long as you don't mind occasionally ruining your drawings.

I'll be honest here and say that I'm 100% terrible with traditional media excluding ink and graphite. I'm too messy and I don't like to get furniture dirty. So, kudos to you for trying watercolors! It's a skill I doubt I'll ever possess!

I agree, they're really fun. I probably wouldn't have attempted to learn how to use them if it weren't for my discovering of Koyamori's gorgeous art.
I've learned to not spend very much time on drawings that I'm going to practice watercoloring on.

I'm exactly the same way. A few months ago I bought like $150 worth of traditional art supplies (mostly watercolors) on a whim, and now I feel obliged to learn how to use them which is a good thing, I think.

I personally think shipping is 99.9% of the time tasteless.
I normally only like the relationships that are canon, or heavily implied. Like:
Link and Zelda
Link and Marin
Link and Malon
Link and Ilia
Link and Peatrice
Link and Ruto
Link and Rosa
Link and Thief Girl
Wow, Link really gets around...
