Also I loved using Greninja so much in Pokémon because he had just so much variety and good moves, it was always fun to play mindgames with it, shame ORAS made it go into the realm of pure OP with Gunk Shot.

Never thought I'd see the day when a Poison move made a Pokémon overpowered. It was really the combination of Low Kick and Gunk Shot though.

Opinion time: Poison should he super-effective on Water.

If you guys hate Link I can play Bowser, Char, G&W, Ganon, Zelda, too.

I find it interesting that this actually aired on Cartoon Network (the show eventually moved to Adult Swim though). I haven't seen it but would like to.

Sm4sh is my least fav out of all FG's i play, above MK but Tekken and SF are just better. Heck SNK would be above Sm4sh but i don't play it anymore and series is dead.

Sm4sh just doesn't have that many enjoyable MUs probably like 11/51 that i like fighting. Also i can drop the game, come back and nothing happens. I'm still as good as i was before, its a very easy game to pick up and play which is good i guess. The fun factor is going, hopefully ZeRo's supa hot fire moment rustles everyones jimmies for EVO.

Sm4sh just caters to defensive play such as camping, for real its a fighting game not catch the mouse. Tekken has a shorter clock and the mechanics on this series is improving with rage mode and super armor moves so noobs won't get lol stomped by juggles(and add more depth), combo's are harder to pull but more rewarding but Sm4sh you can watch a video and copy instantly. SF5 is probably gonna add more to SF4 haven't watched gameplay vids in months.

I'm not a fan of the communities at times, Tekken and SF fans call Smash 'paralympics of fighting games'. If MK wasn't so fun to play i would've not played Sm4sh.

I think i'm the only one here who thinks SF and Tekken > Sm4sh. Also my friends prefer alot of FG over Sm4sh so im influenced quite a bit.

Brawl was worse.
Like 100x worse.

The only reason this game is campy and defensive is because people still play Smash 4 as if it were Brawl (Also, this is coming from a guy who came to Smash 4 from Flash 2, rather than Brawl).
Dabuz's Rosalina at APEX 2015 is a good example of this.

Real talk, those people who say that are cause they get bodied free by scrubs and cause they probably are trash at Smash as well lelel

Also, I can't say much about Tekken, never played it, same for Killer Instinct and Mortal Kombat. USF4 is fun occasionally. I would like to play UMVC3 alot more often cause that game is lots of fun too.

This got me thinking.... If Smash 3DS/Wii U isn't campy and defensive, then what is it? Balance between offense and defense? "The Neutral Game: The Video Game?" Or how about "lolsmash?"

I've never really played other FGs outside of Smash; I have SF4 but on the 3DS, but the controls are confusing. I wanted to try out UMvC3 but nope. Then nothing but Smash. Then Pokkén came. How that game is going to be judged is beyond me.

smash is always the butt of the overall FG communities lol. Cause skullgirls is pretty easy of a fighter to pick up and go and has peoples respect even though it has like no community to keep it up like smash.

And other than people playing sm4sh defensively coming from brawl fighters are defensive by nature. SF has camping and zoning just there is again a limit of space to run and hide unlike smash which is more freeform. People hype melees offense cause people can slide around and defense is not as powerful for that game, but even it has its campy matches just not to the same extent now because its mostly fox doing fox things now.

I think Tekken was stupid adding rage because it really means you can make a one button comeback of an OTG combo.

Its gonna be a mix of Tekken and Naruto storm. From a 1 dimensional pov.

Tekken = Good
Naruto storm = Bad(alot of broken stuff from what i heard)

Bad + Good = Meh

Smash is like that awkward kid at a party being shunned by all the cool kids. Communities are funny, i think they look at the roster and see then start loling to themselves.

Yeah naruto storm had some insanely broken characters and then characters like choji...

I can already see pokken being unbalanced, compared to the other pokemon. Machamp looks moderately worse than everyone else.
