Lightning kicks actually do tons of shield damage. Not enough to, like, break a shield with one, but if the opponent sits in his shield all the time like Spirst likes to do it can happen.

I somehow managed to break S.F.L.R.'s shield with Game & Watch in our tournament match, lol. I don't remember if I got a kill off it though.

Still better than the Villager jab shieldbreak. That one still makes me laugh because of how ridiculous it was.

Talking about that shield break thing, shoutout to Sakurai for making it so that Zelda can't move after Farore's for like 3 seconds when every other teleport can move almost immediately afterwards

For all the crap I throw at air slash for being a gimpable recovery, at least it's a good attack. That and well, it becomes a good recovery with jump art and (sort of) speed art activated.

GGs I started terrible but got better later lol. Sakurai hates the LoZ series. You fell out of Link's Fsmash, Jab combo, Usmash and upB all several times. Link and Zelda are kindred Spirits of terrible designs.
