My local one literally consists of people saying "Diddy is OP" then spamming the comments with emotes, and occasional "customs suck" talk
sounds like the CCI thread

OH YEAH BTW GUYS, should I switch to a Zelda avatar?

that's what I assumed since more damage etc., what I meant is I'm curious about how that stacks up relative to character weights

Well hitting the face got the same weight test as his true weight (107.5 vs 108) so i think hits to his face must do less knockback to accomodate the higher percent damage done

That's precisely the kind of situational decisions I'm fighting against. I'd rather have a set criteria and ban them altogether.

That's the point I'm getting at (not to mention a minimum of 40 gifs per page is going to slow the site down like hell). How do you control it? Like, there's probably a few hundred active users on this site. Who's going to police all of them? And who determines what is or isn't an "extreme case"? Sometimes it's easier and better to just implement a blanket ban on this sort of thing.

Gorls can we try to list special moves that are worse than the Phantom?

Even Din's Fire >>> Phantom as far as I'm concerned. One of the worst moves in the game.

TBH I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I USE IT FOR. I just throw it out when my opponent is trying to land and I'm just like "pls hit gorl omg"

I use it occasionally for edgeguarding and that's it. But in tourneys, I use Phantom Breaker, it moves a set distance and does a ridiculous amount of shield damage.

I use the Phantom and I need to train myself to stop because I always regret it.

I just had the sword (one fully charged too) whiff on 3 different opponents on smashladder because of its dead zones. Then on top of that, it sucks defensively as well. I wouldn't be so mad if the game didn't promote the move so much - it's in her trophy description, in Pit & Palutena's easter egg voice thing, and it's absolute garbage.

Phantom is replacing UpSmash as Zelda's worst move in my opinion.

Flare Blitz at least helps with recovery and is devastating for tech chases.
