But yeah, I don't like eating fish or seafood. The problem is that my family loves fish and they force me to eat it. Though if the final preparation doesn't look like a fish, I sometimes do eat it.

Some salamanders cross the line of looking really fishy and that bugs me. That one, though, is sort of okay. Personally, I prefer geckos.

Here, the head of a fish is often eaten as a delicacy. Even after cooking, the eyes and all are often clearly visible. And I am supposed to enjoy eating that. No thanks.

Though this part of the country is stereotypically shown as fish-loving. They're not wrong. Fresh catch can go for $20 a kilo.

The last time I posted in the Misimpressions thread was like December I think. I used to frequently lurk it but I seldom do that now either. I just cleared up dumb misconceptions about my characters. I don't feel comfortable enough to frequently post there acting as if I really understand the other characters that well (and from what I see, a decent amount of people don't really know what they're talking about hence the nickname of the thread). I don't know. I feel like people take this game way too damn seriously.

The slide is ridiculously good (significantly faster than running), but you can only act out of it towards the end. Mega's only moves that preserve the slide momentum are dsmash, usmash, and jab (fsmash and tilts don't maintain momentum, which is true for PP sliding as well). I saw it this morning and labbed it for 30 minutes before leaving for work. I tried it this with Diddy, but couldn't get it to work. Didn't have the time to try it with other characters, but it could be a universal thing. My hypothesis is that it uses the last few bits of momentum from your skid and adds it to the burst of movement that is your dash grab item-toss while interrupting it to usmash because of the buffering system.

Edit: Theoretically... this should work with dash grab. Unless there's something different between dash grab and dash item-toss. Hmm...

To be honest, I think it's dumb and I'm not planning on spending any more time on it... even though it's really good to reset bad situations or travel the length of the stage in order to get in position to edge guard. Not to mention its applications in doubles. If my reasoning for why it exists is true, it probably won't be patched out either. But it's duuuuumb.

Well.... They're good but they're a cake walk. If I'm forced to go against CPU's, I'd set it to level 8 but... things I noticed

Greninja AI d-air > b-air's my face

Mario does FLUDD set ups. I don't know if the Mario AI was really attempting to but it u-throw'd me and SH'd d-air. Failed hard but something to note

Palutena did 2 jabs into a grab

Dark Pit did d-throw to u-smash

Zelda elevators when she gets the chance

Diddy Kong actually does d-throw combos. Hoo Hah's also

I just fought a new nerfed Diddy Kong and oh wow the Hoo Hah kills so much later.

He still is a huge pain to fight though, though that might just be me not knowing quite how to deal with him since I never got much practice with Diddy before. I only know I need to DI the D-Throw towards Diddy.

Also said Diddy I fought just knocked me out of Top 50 in the ladder, yaaay.
