Link with more speed and better recoveries, like a higher up B and such
Pit with more powerful c-sticks and stronger arrows
Nerf:
Pikachu because, it was ALWAYS something from Pokemon yellow, I don't know what it was, but I hated it. Nerf it by taking away it's thunder attack and by having one of it's taunts showing Pikachu cutting itself and giving 10% damage.
Lucas, EVEN THOUGH I LOVE HIM, he looks like a chump, might as well take away his baseball bat and up B recovery.
