the problem with sites like 9gag/funnyjunk/etc
is they take these pics without any sort of protocol for checking if they're stolen, slap their watermark on it, and then profit off it without any attribution to the original creator/owner
its basically ebaumsworld all over again.
if you created an image, you might be upset that some website was literally making money off it without your permission and without crediting you as the creator.

When I play melee, I use the 彡W tag which looks like a fast moving "W".

So it's a picture of a guy at your school, who we don't know, along with an inside joke about this person that we're not in on, with an explanation that a story exists about this joke.

Well I guess all I have to say about this is.....
