I'd be nice if the FE universe is represented in the story mode/whatever somehow. Like maybe a level where you're fighting in a maze-like castle thing, trying to dethrone the evil person/whatever who took over. And perhaps enemies as well, like Wyverns that swoop down to attack. Idk...if there's going to be a story mode, I'm keeping my expectations a little low, but you never know on these things.

Someone is making a Lucina PSA for Brawl.

You have to use a capital F, (not f). Took me a little time to figure out.

Kind of a boring video though, it seems Hector is just a skin over Ike's moveset and Lucina kicks the crap out of him. The Roy movie is much more interesting.

Love what they did to Roy's moveset btw, really integrated fire into the special attacks.

Within these 75 pages I'm sure it has been mentioned already but as far as Assit Trophies go I'd like to see a manakete and Owain as Assist Trophies. Makaketes would first appear normally, transform into a dragon, and start decimating enemies while Owain would brandish his sword screaming ridiculous phrases and battle cries, "My sword hand twitches, SACRED STONESSSS!" And before he disappears he could calm down and say something along the lines of, "Alright... down sword hand."

I posted this in the Chrom character discussion thread, but I feel like it will garner greater attention here:

For Brawl, Sakurai actually went to Intelligent Systems to ask them who should be put in Brawl. They recommended Ike. Now picture if he does the same thing for SSB4, and consider this: From Intelligent System's perspective, what would they be thinking? They will undoubtedly gravitate toward Awakening... why? Because Awakening is one of their most accomplished and praised games of all time. It is approaching 1 M units sold, has received positive critical reception, is open to a wider gaming audience then before (for many of my friends, and many people on SmashBoards, Awakening is the first FE game they ever played), and most importantly, it saved FE from the brink of extinction (Nintendo sent Intelligent Systems a mandate to discontinue the FE series if Awakening failed to sell a certain amount of units). Furthermore, when reading the Iwata Asks feature of FE Awakening, you can clearly tell that the team sees Awakening as a very accomplished game, and as a result, they seems extremely proud of their efforts. Given all this, to me it seems that they will undoubtedly recommend Sakurai to choose a character from Awakening, either Chrom or Lucina, to help promote Awakening and all it has to offer even more. Now, whether Sakurai decides to listen to Intelligent Systems or the Fans (who according to the polls want Roy more), I can't say. Ike and Marth are more deserving than Chrom/Roy, and as much as I want 4 FE character slots, I doubt that it will happen. I'm happy with whatever character (Roy or Chrom) Sakurai decides to put in, because I love them both.

Personally I was pretty disappointed with FE6 when I played it (went back to play it sometime in between FE9 and 10). The cast was dull and the story was nothing to write home about. They especially shouldn't have waited until the final chapter to reveal/explain idenn. What was supposed to be a touching ending just came off as unfamiliar and empty. I enjoyed FE7 far more.
Gameplay wise, its not much different than the other GBA games.

To me at least, FE6's "greatness" in no way justifies us going back 10 years to add Roy as tribute in smash. This is one of the reasons why I'm so against him being in SSB4. Especially since we have international lords who could do the job just as well if not better.

Don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure the fans of Fire Emblem are the minority that's eclipsed by the Super Smash Bros. fan base. It's common sense to listen to what the fans of Smash would want instead of an individual fan base among the vast selection of them.

While I understand what you are getting at, I don't think the FE fanbase should be prioritized about the Smash fanbase as a whole.
