Well shielding is super important against link and I feel that yoshi would have trouble with a lot of what makes link not terribad. The cg changes my opinion a little tho.

Link's arrows and tornados are not bad,but they are easy to avoid,and we have eggs too.

Shielding in general is important, but as we've learned, our mobility gives us plenty of ways around it. Like, we don't lose to TL either (imo), and he's got better projectiles. Link's kinda slow, and his projectiles aren't lagless at all.Well shielding is super important against link and I feel that yoshi would have trouble with a lot of what makes link not terribad. How to play the Diddy MU?
What stages are good against him?

I know about the CG,but it's sad when I'm CGing a Diddy and I need to throw him because of a banana in the ground that don't allow me to continue CGing him

#1: Learn how to control, catch, and combo with nanners.
#2: Big stages are good vs him (even FD imo) cause it's harder for him to kill you and better for you to get on the ground
#3: Small stages are bad vs him (imo)
The CG is a plus, but really you have to learn how to use the Nanners to your advantage and how to make them yours without messing up often (DR helps pick up nanners more easily). Hanging on the ledge is good when you want to slow the pace down when things aren't going your way. Trying to fight it out will just end up having things blow up in your face.
There was a video showcasing nanner tricks that you might want to look at somewhere in this board (check the archives). They'll help you out. The MU is frustrating until you get the hang of using nanners efficiently, so don't expect immediate results.

Hey again guys, need more help please if that's ok.
1. I've got no idea what to do against Kirby or Jigglypuff, I know they can go quickly, but I'm bad at the MU.(Bad at small characters in general) They seem to dodge my eggs all day, and they're too small to hit with most attacks. Any possible advice?
2. Ike's F-air is getting to me lately >.> Do we just airdodge past it or what?

Against Jigglypuff just run away,use eggs and punish approachs,I play her and I know how it's hard to catch a defensive person that knows the MU.
Against Kirby,be defensive,if kirby hits you,run away,don't try to punish.
Against Ike,just play him on Final Destionation or SmashVille and you will be ok.

I'm interested. I'm suitable because I still play this game fairly often, am active on the boards, don't back down from something I believe unless I'm proven to be wrong, have solo mained Yoshi for a while now in a good region so I'm knowledgable as well etc.

While I doubt it'll happen again... (hopefully) my computer messed up and didn't turn on for almost two days. So if it happens again, it means my tower finally died after almost 7 years. Which would mean I can't lead the panel, so if it comes to my tower dying and I don't come on for 4 or so days I put Delta in charge of the panel if it happens guys.
Just a fair warning. Me being gone Today tomorrow and Sunday just means the MLP premiere and hanging out with friends keeping me busy, not the tower dying yet.
