Summary: A lead that is ment to do extreame damage to other leads, break down walls, and just to destory enemies.
Let's whip out the most common leads list.
1 - Azelf: it easily puts up SR, then Fire Blasts you to 1 HP before dying (or just explodes) while this thing is screwed if it has to switch out because of Stealth Rock and it's setup-bait.
2 - Metagross: Meteor Mash+Bullet Punch 2HKOs. Your attacks do less than 60% max.
3 - Swampert: You can't 2HKO. It SRs, Roars, whatever.
4 - Jirachi: Flinchhax lol.
5 - Aerodactyl: It can set up Rocks on this, what else would it need to do?
6 - Infernape: Fake Out, Fire Blast KO, Stealth Rock, gg
7 - Roserade: Sleep you, set up, gg
8 - Heatran: +speed sets outspeed you and 2HKO with Fire Blast. Thanks to Shuca berry, nothing you have can OHKO.
9 - Tyranitar: you win this time
10 - Gliscor: Probably survives anything you throw at it, sets up, gets its job done.
You lose against all of these except for Tyranitar.
Also, needs more Close Combat.

Summary: Weavile is used to destory common pokemon used ofter. With many diffrent types of move and high attack and speed he shall destory.
Aerial Ace is bad, Ice Punch almost does as much damage. Not like you should keep this in on Machamp, anyway. Ice Punch>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Avalanche, if only for not being a decreased priority move that allows anything to beat you first, and allows you to actually have a chance against all the Dragons. Metal Claw has completely inferior coverage to Brick Break.

Give it Close Combat so it's not walled by Blissey. If you do that, also replace Nasty Plot with Hidden Power Ice and the EV spread to Naive 252SpA/196Spe/60Atk and you have something more effective that also beats any dragons that switch in.

Aqua Ring... sucks. This thing has nothing against physical attackers to prey on its low physical defense. No, 464 HP does not help much against that.
Muddy Water sucks. Use Surf.

Iron Defense is completely ineffective since Special fire attacks still KO it anyway. Use Explosion anyway.
And get a Rotom counter because otherwise this thing is completely ineffective.
