Of course we all know the old SWF layout... it was fine the way it was for almost two decades.

They couldn't fix or test a good amount of changes because something happened with the server that caused it to crash every time anything was changed. Seems like they got it fixed now (like the alert tab working properly now), so that's good to see.

The old SWF was iconic cause the different skins were very different from each other, but they all fix extremely well (except for smash blue).

I wouldn't really say the alert system is all that well since it still has some problems like... not alerting you at all when there's new posts. So sometimes you have to go to Watched threads too see whatever you're not reading up on.

I didn't say it was completely fixed. Some other skins don't even bring the tab down correctly to show who replied. It's still pretty booty, but it's something I guess.

Yoshi Is a unique character that no one can understand. He's just weird to fight against. Plus a Yoshi main like myself that uses his mind In matches, and beat those so called God-Like mains back then changes It all. I really always use my mind. You guys call me aggro, and wreck-less, but how do you know that It's that kind of wreck-less. I just wait for my time. Sometimes when I'm comfortable, and want that ****. I'll do It, and that's that. "They don't." What makes me laugh Is your response Slush. Of course nothing works perfectly, except Toon- Links zair to nair, and grab, and same thing for Link. except instead of nair, It's a dash attack. You use your mind Slush to make It work. Brawl Is like a game of Chess. It really Is. You must be, and think what Is the best way to catch my opponent of guard.


Here we go. Yoshi's Jab attacks.

His first Jab Is invincible, but his second Is not. You know that your opponent Is going to shield. He knows It's coming right? Nope, jab cancel. Make him think more. That Is my basic example. I'm really not going to waste time, and explain stuff again... Anyway, Raptor doesn't bother me. Those private videos did give me a laugh. HA! Sorry man but you're pathetic. Hiding videos now huh? Guys heres a thought. What if Yoshi had like olimar's pivot grab range on all his grabs, but his tounge would extend father very quickly depending on how long you hold a grab button?

Just imagine yoshi's regular grab(standing, pivot ,and dashing) range when you tap the grab button. Now if you hold the grab button instead of just tapping it, Yoshi's tongue would extend much farther to about the reach of say olimar's grabs.

Actually it's funny you should bring him up, in the losers finals I almost beat MK on Brinstar (Both last stock high%), but lost by a full stock in the following game on Smashville. :s
My scene had MK banned for a bit but it looks like they're lifting the ban again so I'll definitely need more experience vs him soon...

There's no method outside of being lucky. If I were to explain how it works, you'd be pissed to know that such a good glitch is impossible to command it willingly.

I think we'd move up a tier or two if we could use it on command.XD Imagine if it were as simple as holding back on the control stick when pulling them in, how good would that be.
It seems to happen to me more when I do the reverse DJC egg lay more than any other time.

Don't forget Fsmash. Best one imo. I've been trying to find a way to control it but haven't found anything. If we could control something like this it would be huge for Yoshi.

Maybe they'll add this trick into Project M at least, I'd love to play around with the possibilities one way or another so much.

I havnt played P:M much and I havnt played melee at all but I recall yoshi being a combo character to to hi DJC aerials from what I've read? I just hope they make yoshi really enjoyable.

No, I've done this a lot of times when I versed PSP or Kman (a Link main from Bc) I'd kind of know It would happen. Many just freeze, and waste the opportunity. Hm

Example: I do a forward grab throw On PSP, he jumps. I then preform a forward air to a back double jump cancel Egg lay. Then It would cancel. I then preform a full jump neutral air. Seems I got the same luck as KoolZone does with his misfires.

I haven't mastered It. That will never happen (only Tool assisted run) I do know that It happens more when you do double jump cancel eggs lays. Like Nikes just mentioned a while ago.

Yup, this Is something no one will master; however you can get a good understanding of It.

I'd always repeat the same way I would activate this impossible glitch. It's beyond hard, and frustrating. Will stop here. Duh.

Even If you guys mastered this glitch. It wouldn't help your guys Yoshi game-play. You guys are to defensive. Of course, what do I know. I'm just a WIFI brawler. Well, good luck dreaming~

I'd definitely play a more offensive combo game if I could, that's the play style I'm aiming for. I play too cautiously in tournaments now and Wifis always laggy for me now which doesn't help.

Nikes, you will, and you'll just need to practice. WiFI... yeah:/ you can never show your true skill over there. Even If you're brawling with a person In your same state, county, City, whatever. The point Is It will always lag. Smh... Just remember that Yoshi Is weird. You can do some silly tricks, and get away with It, but If you know what to do, then that makes It even better. People just freeze when they fight Yoshi. He's just weird... Abuse Yoshi's simple combos Nikes. Remember? Yoshi's back air to Up air, then whatever you want to add next.

Now, let GYK make another subject. (Yoshi's armor) Seriously, this Is so good. When I'm offstage I never flitch. Cause I know he can take that attack, and cancel It with even a forward air (spike) Even Mk's shuttle loop wouldn't scare me. I remember scaring XXD'S Mk. Haha. Good times~
