Yea I decided to make a new event even though there is no blue name <.< lol

So this tourney will go by the Wifi character rankings list ranging from D-F

Characters Allowed
< Use Fox

Rules
-Rounds are 2/3 Grand Finals are 3/5
-Double Elimination
-3 Stock
-8 Minutes
-Items set to low, Food is allowed.(optional)
-Stalling is Banned.
-Infinites capped to 200% after passing that cap, the player doing it must stop.
-Suicide KO's count as a win for the player who initiated it.
-If a timeout occurs the play with the lower % wins the round.
-If players are unable to meet the deadline I will either make an extension or DQ one of them depending on the situation.
-Dave's Stupid Rule is in effect.
