I have no idea whether or not that I'm grateful that the PT board still has a handful of regulars around after over a year, mostly because this board is somehow even more dead than it was when I left it. Oh well, tightly knit community is tightly knit.

I guess you can say I'm a lurker of sorts since I never actually post anything, but I'm not exactly a newcomer to these boards either (I was here sometime in 2009, I think). I still need to work on my PT (which I've ALWAYS mained, for better or worse) and would to be a part of this small, but hospitable, community in whatever minuscule way I can without expending too much effort.


So do psuedo-newcomers get a welcome wagon? I need the extra horses.

It's that he's just so good that everybody, just out of pure fear of what will happen to the metagame, retroactively forgets his real moveset and replaces their memory of it with a much more lackluster moveset. It's only because of Squirtle's small size (which allows him to have the proper pape-per-pixel ratio to bypass the brain's subconscious operations and drop kick every viewer in the soul, imprinting the experience directly onto their immortal coil) that people see him as the best Pokémon of the trio. Only a select few of us can really see PT's true power and are able to comprehend it in all of its' remarkable beauty in order to use 'em with pride.

Ok, I didn't know if that was used for critiques too. Some forums are picky about that. All I have are wifis; that's the only way I've played for some time. They're better than nothing at least. Lol, it's obvious how much I'm 'winging it' with little knowledge of PT's metagame.

Rebaz isn't good at all, he shouldn't be high seed, just don't be obvious with your second jumps or spotdodges etc.
Yaaay is really good, I dunno tbh, just outplay him. Don't get trapped by peach's 100 traps.
Slash is good but kirby and ganon aren't.
hardcorezero is a random.

Squirtle wrecks Ganon and CF, and I always maximize my Charizard time against Peach. You'll take a lot of damage initially against her, but Peach has a hard time killing, and her KO moves are all fairly predictable. A lot of PT disagree with me on this and prefer Squirtle against Peach--probably why I love the Bowser-Peach MU so much, haha.

Start your stock with Squirtle and end it with Charizard? That's what I aim for against Peach. Ivy does fine at keeping her away too if you wanna give Ivy some time in there.

I'm putting PT training on the 'back burner' to compete in a ladder with my main. If anyone needs wifi MU practice I can help. My charazard and Ivysaur's spacing is how I'd play him, which doesn't work lol. Know who I main?
