What I don't understand is why are most of the videos using a dumbed down rating system now? Now instead of rating it 1-to-5 you either rate it like or dislike like you have no concept of logic or gray areas.

YouTube was terrible as soon as the Beta Channels came out. The layout is awful, the videos glitch sometimes, et cetera...

I really dislike it when people attempt to "modify" something to make it better, but it turns out worse than expected.

Especially when they advertise it. Just look at Runescape.

yeah, there's that option to favorite videos but Youtube assumes it's favorite quality if you push the like button which also saves it to your favorites
