I always thought there was an unstated rule that you don't advertise for tournaments in other peoples tournament threads? Actually, to be honest, this may even be a rule written down somewhere, and if it is not, it probably should be.

The best way to advertise if you want it to appear in other peoples threads is via your signature. This is assuming you don't want to cross other TO's paths.
