Myself and everybody else has been assuming SSBB will cost the usual price of 50 dollars. 50 is the general price for most Wii games not called Boogie. But the Dojo still lists the price as TBD.

Not to say that 60 dollars for Brawl wouldnt still be basically a steal, but is there much chance it will be more than 50?

Hiding in that one place you cant see.
It would be cool though if for say $10 more, they could have a bundle pack that gives you the game and a custom Brawl controller (like a gamecube controller with Brawl decals) with it. That would be cool, though probly not realistic :(

Nintendo's good about keeping their console games $50 or less. (Wii and formerly Gamecube)
Same with the DS's games not going over $35 at most.

...I really need to get Brawl pre-ordered.

I don't live anywhere huge, and there's a ton of video games stores, but it's better safe than sorry.

I dont know about everywhere else but Im pretty sure NA gets it for $49.99 anything more might not attract the casuals(which is kinda what Nintendo is trying to do....draw them in)......unless its like....a penny more...I dont think that will cause cancer or anything....

It's going to be $49.99.

However, Im going to buy some controllers, and more games aswell, so I really hope they don't bump the price up.

Why are all your threads only like one or two sentences with no real information at all, research or anything?

It will probably be like, $90 here in Australia knowing our outrageous prices. .__.
RRP's gonna be $99.95 and you know it. <_<;

Hence why I'm importing the Japanese version. Probably cost me $40-50 <_<

Some DS games (FF3) have come out for $40. And it seems like they plan on making the newer ones cost that much. I remember buying my Yellow Gameboy Pocket new for $40, and LoZ: Link's awakening new for $20. Those were the good old days.

I am one of those people that would rather Brawl cost $69.99, and come with extra goodies (whether in game or accessory-style).

I am willing to pay over 70 bucks for this game, and you will 2, you know it, I know it, we all know it. But it's Nintendo, thank god we don't have to worry about that.

Hell, I only paid 50 dollars for LoZ: TP, I am willing to contribute more for the Big N.

I would like to see the source that says there's a blanket policy that Wii games cannot MSRP for more than $50 in the US. Not to sound snobby here, I'm genuinely interested. It's fiscally sound for Brawl to retail for $60 USD or something.

You don't remember that Nintendo stated that Wii games will not retail for more than 50 dollars in E3 2006?
