I think **** is a lot worse than a ****ing dirty diaper fetish (wtf?). Having a dirty diaper fetish just means only you're ****ed up and it doesn't really negatively affect other people. I mean I'd be a little freaked out if some guy stole my kid's dirty diapers, but I wouldn't be missing those things anytime soon.

**** is completely different. The ***** person goes through a traumatic experience and is never the same again. **** is **** that can scar someone for life.

**** is worse than having a fetish, of course. I don't believe one attempted to argue such.

When one "fetish" leads to breaking the law (e.g. breaking and entering, theft, the anonymity of what the law-breaker may or may not do [****, pillage, steal, kill, etc.]) is where it's no longer simply a "fetish". Acting upon something is much different than simply imagining it, thinking of it, etc.

Fact is, he broke and entered, attempted to steal, and put the entire family at risk (whether or not that was his intention). The diapers just make the whole situation ****ing hilarious, but no less serious, or no less illegal.
