Who will be your main?

... honestly, I don't expect Metaknight to be very powerful. He looks to me like his sword-swipes will be more like some of Roy's attacks ( Uair? ), except without the obscenely strong forward smash. His armor would make him heavier than Kirby, but probably also even slower... you don't see him running around much in the trailers, do you? And if all the swipetty-swipe-swipe counts as one move, that means he leaves himself pretty open if he whiffs....

As far as his power I can't really tell you a lot. Though, most Kirby fans will tell you that Meta Knight isnt exactly slow. He runs on his the tips of his toes er feet[?]... not like Kirby who runs kinda run flat footed XD Meta Knight is pretty quick.

Otherwise, Luigi or Samus. Luigi was my fave in SSB1, but they really messed him up in Melee with that horrible up B. He's my favorite Nintendo character so I hope to use him in Brawl. And Samus will probably rock.

Lol, funny I think that is the best taunt ever! Lol, same thing I did with Mario, except I've beaten on Mario in Wario's outfit saying "why were you not in Melee", or "why was doc in melee but not you, wario?"

I'll main cel-shaded Link, then Link, Fox & Falco, Marth, Roy if he makes it, Mario, Snake, Luigi, MK, Pit, Zamus, Samus, Kirby. Pretty much whomever I feel like, and who works for me the best. In SSB 64 it was Kirby, in SSBm it was Link. It will probably be cel-shaded Link, TP Link, Fox, Falco, or Kirby this time around, but most likely cel-shaded Link, Link, or Fox.

As do I agree that Nintendo will have troubles dumping retro characters, such as IC and G&W. That is why I expect both G&W and IC to return, otherwise Nintendo and Sakurai would be making a flat out ridiculous move IMO.

Pit and Metaknight probably. It's nice to see Flying characters that arent pink fluff balls. ( Metaknight doesntcount as pink because he has a sword, that overrules that condition )

Pit mainly, a he seems to be Marth, but lighter, and with projectiles. Though I dont know any moves of him yet, so he might suck.

If not them, then Wario would be a good laugh to play as. I sometimes play as the people i'm bad with just for kicks. Wario looks pretty cool too, with the Wario Waft. xD Though he looks more of a heavy character which i'm not too great with. I'm good with medium-heavy, so hopefully Wario falls into that.

I guess he's just the coolest-looking angel since Tales of Symphonia. I'm also guessing his B moves would involve the three sacred treasures he gets (Light Arrows, Mirror Shield, and Pegasus Wings... hey! Link's been copying!) and the hammers.

Zero Suit Samus, depending on the mechanics of how the transformation is made. I'll try everyone out and will probably continue to keep my Link skills up but Zamus has the most potential based on the info we've been given so far to take over my 'main' spot. If his moveset doesn't annoy me, Wario is another strong candidate.

My main will probably remain as Sheik for a good while until I get used to another character, but I have recently been looking for another main to go with. I would have to say Meta Knight will probably be my main in Brawl, but Pit also looks promising. And that's only for the confirmed characters, of course. ^_^
Oh, and Kirby. I don't care if he gets higher-tiered or remains where he is, I'm still gonna be playing him for a bit.
