Oh lord... It's hard to pick a favorite. I like it all, basically. Heck, I'll just name the games I thought had the best music.

TP had too much music. Most of it was mundane and redundant, but there were a few fantastic pieces. Like these:

Faron Woods
Hyrule Field
Lake Hylia
Gerudo Desert
Hidden Village
Snowpeak
Twilight Realm
Midna's Lament
and I personally find this one to be quite enticing:
Kakariko Graveyard

Really, TP's music was rather vague and atmospheric, less melodic in most cases. I think this was done so to add to the sorrowful mystery surrounding the game as it was intended to be a departure from the Zelda formula we knew up until then. Truly looking back on TP, that game makes me sad. Not a dissapointing sad, but that of sorrow. We see a Hyrule where our beloved friends from OoT no longer live. Where is Saria? where is Darunia? Ruto? Impa? The Gerudo? They've all died. We hear from Queen Rutela (who is dead herself) that King Zora died as well. Everyone that we grew to love in OoT has died and yet Ganondorf still wants to conquer this land. Such a horrible being. He can't give it up.

Those are pretty cool. I like how they still have the feel of the original song while adding a metal stylization.

There's something very captivating to me about the Boss Room music after you've slain the boss. I remember staying in the boss room for like 10 minutes after I beat every boss just to listen to the music.

In terms of best boss music Molgera's theme and Blizzeta's theme are amazing.

I think the satisfaction and relief of beating the boss just adds to the effect of the music. I thought I was the only one who sat there for a bit and listened, but according to your comment and others on the video, I see I'm not
