Swooping in for another comment. You REALLY REALLY should use an intro from the show Moral Orel on the Cartoon Network (or was it comedy central) instead. You could easily watch 2-3 episodes and find something that fits. If you like that idea, hopefully, Flux's man might be able to experiment with a DBZ or a Moral Orel intro.

My 2 cents.

Moral Orel is a joke claymation making fun of old religious claymation shows like Davey and Goliath. Basically Orel tries to be a good boy but misinterprets God's teaching all the time. They also have like special commandments and stuff on the show. I just think it would fit better with the whole Jesus thing going on. But it might be too much work so DBZ is probably just fine.
