I go get a hair cut so I can see about 3 inches taken off so my hair is normally like 6-8 itches long.

I wash my hands and train a little bit and when I get there I totally fail for the frist few matches then I built up stream and do amazing-decent.

if no one is about to play with me i'll go to training mode and pick puff and 3 luigis set on attack at 999% on hyrule go down to that little door and down-smash them and they will start moonwalking to death.

This generally makes you play worse as you are less competetive although it may help you deal with stress it means you have less desire to win though
Do you have like scientific evidence to back that claim up o_O I don't see where you're getting "less desire to win" from ...
...

I try to get as many friendlies in as possible to stay warm ~_~
Then I try to get a good night's sleep
Eat a good breakfast
Random jank like that

testosterone, pheremones, **** like that. After ejaculating you become less competitive and most male traits are lessened, this includes competitiveness etc

Basically, your typical SAT preparations, as well as not playing too much(Fox) the night before.

Before going to a tournament, or any Smash session that involve playing someone better than me, I practice tech skills for about an hour, with both Fox and Falco, so I need much less warm-up.

Stay up late and play some StarCraft 2 with some friends in the same room at a friend's house.

I practice with the characters that I plan on using in tourney (70% my main and 30% my secondaries). I then disconnect my controller and set it next to my keys. Then i TRY to go to sleep... I give up after 2 hours and I just go on smashboards...

Leave home.

I SHOULD go to a smashfest before tournaments (a day before I mean)

I jack off.

Then I go get McDonald's omnomnom
and then as my body is fueled with testosterone to recuperate after my exercise, I am pumped & ready to have sex with women play melee.

All of my pre-game practice is done the night before. Generally I try to eat something like pasta. I then practice specific things the NIGHT BEFORE. Specifically, I practice fluid movement on problematic stages such as RC, DK64, and Brinstar.

Once I feel I've gotten comfortable with movement, and things like various percentages for various killing moves at various parts of the aforementioned problematic stages, I sleep on it. I don't play any smash until I arrive at the venue, which I then play a few practice matches before accepting any money/grudge matches before doubles.

My friends and I usually get some donuts or something if it's in the morning. We go to Chick Fil-A after every smashfest or tourney, though.

I have a smash fest with friends the night before. I don't stress over trying to touch up my tech skills last minute (never works for me). I dont even play my main that often. We just play the game for fun. It helps get rid of my pre-tourney stress and gets me in a fun mood for the next day.

I then jerk off to get my hand muscles warmed up.

Iv' been only in one turney but before that I played at my friends place night before the actual tournament. I dont do any techinal stuff since it's too late to learn anything new just try to keep up a solid game. 95 % of the time I play Mario. Other characters I use just for the lols or warm ups.

I eat and jog a lot the week before. Don't know if that helps my game but at least I doesn't ruin my ordinary daily routine for workouts etc.

I brush up on my weak points, try to eliminate whatever problem made me lose in the last tournament I entered.

I go to n64 tournaments...... not melee yet. But I figure my rituals would be the same. I play against 3 level 9 computers and set my handy cap to 1. I die way too often, and I never complete a match.... except for once... but I did a lotta janky moves..... not the point. I just like to have the biggest *** whooping possible so I am calm over every death....... I figure if I have no emotion while I loose a life, my opponent can't read my weak points by listening/watching me. And doing it that way, I feel more powerful when I play against people with regular power in my moves, so I attack and combo without fear or retreating.

Other then that, I just play every person I regularly loose to.

Trial by Fire is kind of how I learn everything.

now that i'm in japan, i buy some calorie mate so that:

- i don't have to leave the venue during lunch break and can stay warmed up
- it makes me feel like Naked Snake from mgs3
