I think FML shooting Ran is perfectly likely. Ran was on board with moving on to FML today now that Zen is gone. He also had more sway in thread than me, and this wagon would be rolling if he were alive. Surprise surprise, he's not alive, and the wagon ain't rolling. Things just kind of work out, don't they?

That sounds like a pretty plausible scenario, yea. Ran is a strong nk option in his own right, cuz he's always talking and asking questions. The fact that he was pushing hard for FML, and had extremely strong townreads on Yolo and I, makes it all the smarter a move. Yolo would've been a good option too, but depending on the doc, he was a likely protection.

I dunno if ya'll are underselling Rake/Orbos' scum play but being worried about a slot like Ran's for a N1 kill over people like Marshy or soup who are guaranteed thread clout and guaranteed not to have much in the way of mobility on set reads, is silly. I'd much sooner be worried about legitimately scary town players in theory such as soup or marshy. I mean cmon lol

I'm going to try my best not to replace out or be inactive. I'm having a TON of issues with anxiety and stress from social situations to the point where I can barely do anything at night except sleep. My emotions are basically all over the place. This is why I haven't jumped back into the game instantly, and if I disappear for a few days, that is why. Getting this out of the way now before I go into anything else.

FML, tell me about Dabuz. Dabuz pushing Zen the way he did made sense because end-day, Zen's play was HORRIBLE. I didn't have a solid read on him or anything, but his play... It was pretty bad. I can't hold that against Dabuz because he wasn't the only one acting that way (Ranmaru lol). As a townie or a scummy, going after you or Zen was by far the best option/made the most sense because 1) everyone was there (getting pressure outside of those two at that point in the day was way too unlikely and would be pointless) and 2) both had obvious posts that made them seem scummy. If you're thinking Dabuz is scummy from his Zen push, then I have to disagree 100%. Tell me why you think he's scummy if it's outside of this.

I recall Dabuz town, PJB town, and YOLO town. Soup after the zen push cooould be scum, but I'm definitely not certain of that. If I were to push anywhere, it'd be FML, but right now I'd much rather get back into the game and re-read before I push anything. KBG very slight town-lean, everyone else null iIrc. I need to re-read for sure.

Our points on dabuz:

56, 92, 126 all read of backdooring. Don't like the empty space dabuz created in these.
266 read of lining up lynches from our POV, didn't like the wording or feel of it.
274 : feels like he's covering his ass from 266.
279: keeps mislabelling actions; reads of smearing from our POV.
284 : pointless post

Early questioning doesn't get him anything, insists on the merit of it, but we see a lot of backtracking and misleading responses, we no gusta.

Ryu hasn't helped this either, his sudden interest in Joker reads stronger of him jumping behind joker's ush to get a friend than any legitimacy, notice how non-committal he's being on actually explaining Joker's growth into a stronger town feel.

In short, me n Orbo went over dabuz's posts and found it to be lackluster enough to warrant a scumread and Ryu's play hasn't changed that, now, leggo.
