While I don't personally care for the series, I fully get and appreciate why we need news on Three Houses, given that it's meant to be coming out so soon.

... However, if it is getting a substantial portion of the direct, please Nintendo, PLEASE use that time meaningfully. I remember them having a section on XBC2 in some past direct and they spent like 8 minutes going into stuff about the lore and different factions and whatnot. And who can forget our November Smash direct, where they covered juicy details like the options menu?

There's nothing more annoying in a direct than watching the time slip away and they're wasting it on stuff that doesn't even sell a game much, and which could easily be left til afterwards

For non-Smash related stuff, I'd like a P5 port, and a W101 port and sequel if possible. Also Bayo 3 and SMTV news. And also Knack HD, coming exclusively to the Switch.

Set your expectations low. For all we know, we might not get any Smash info at all in the next Direct, not even a Joker trailer. I don't think that outcome is very likely, but just remember to hype responsibly.
Also I guess Christina Vee was voicing Edelgard after all. Not for Smash though, seemingly. We'll see. Either way, get hyped, but not too hyped.

Well as far as a wishlist goes:

• Joker Gameplay trailer
• A hint at the next DLC newcomer
• A Link's Awakening Remake.
• Info on Pokemon Gen 8
• Bayonetta 3 info
• A Pokemon Mystery Dungoen game for the Switch (LET ME DREAM)
• Fire Emblem Heroes to actually be good

All I'm really hoping is for the Metroid Prime Trilogy rumors to be true, I just need something to repair my broken heart after the Prime 4 news (even if I'm happy about their decision). Smash news would be a bonus, but not a priority for me, and I expect we'll only see Pokémon Gen 8 in a separate Direct focused only on that.

It's airing a bit late over here though, and I have to get up early the next morning, so I'm not sure I'll catch it live.

>New Ultimate Alliance 3 trailer featuring the Fantastic Four.
>Metroid Prime Trilogy port.
>Spyro on Switch.
>K.Rool in either Mario Kart or Mario Tennis Aces.
>First look at the amiibo of Dark Samus, the Belmonts, Snake and with enough look one of Meta Ridley.
>Anything Dragon Quest-related.
>Date for Joker in Smash.
>Hopefully a new F-Zero.
>Hopefully a new Donkey Kong game.
