Also for anyone who was lucky enough to grow up playing Banjo Tooie, don't forget the dedicated water world for that game, Atlantis. Beautiful way to capture the ocean depths.

I imagine that it wasn't done since Wario's platforming has some more drastic mechanics, same reason why Peach, the Kongs, and Yoshi weren't used at first either I'm guessing.

No one mentioning Metroid underwater themes makes me sad. Underwater Frigate and Torvus/Lower Brinstar are my gold standard for that.

@PsySmasher So you saw the results of GOML? This tourney has sustained my interest in using . On the other hand, I don't like at all.

Tweek was doing amazing after the swap. I'm glad he went with and stuck to his guns on a gut feeling/secondary many don't know him for (well, they will now).

I'd also recommend you check out Ascension V VODs if Roy is your thing, Stroder (known for being the best Greninja) went off as him, winning Grand Finals with him after a bracket reset against BestNess.

He also played a ton of pocket picks, from Joker to Doc to Meta Knight and Incineroar. This opening in particular was wild.

We’d still have Toad. We would just have Wario instead of Toadette.

I mean, the ideal would be that each playable character had unique traits like Mario 2/3D World. So that Peach and Rosa would also be playable. I think Yoshi's straight up a power-up in this one like Mario World, so I'm guessing he's out.
