is this just a US thing because that sounds like a major mismatch of expectations and reality

Man Wendy's has had ****in baked potatoes for as long as I can remember and I'm not sure if I've ever had one or known anyone who has had one in my life. If I ever want a baked potato I'll make one at home, not gamble on a fast food one.

I just accept that it's fast food if your in the mood for something quick. I think the stuff at 7-11 ain't too bad though. I mean, bad for your arteries but not bad tasting.

So, just found out one of my favorite YouTubers has apparently been cheating on his wife for months.

He announced on Twitter that they filed for divorce and it was all amicable and stuff, and then his ex-wife comes in and announces it was not amicable at all.

Everything Shiny says comes off so earnest even when he's joking for some reason, so everything about this gimmick makes my heart jump LOL

I actually really love mashed potatoes, but I feel like there's a very delicate balance to them. Adding extra ingredients beyond the basic potatoes and butter throws off the fluffy balance of the flavor and reheating them just kind of congeals a layer of nasty texture onto them that doesn't exist on a fresh cooking. KFC mashed potatoes are. . .OK, but I've also had better mashed potatoes homemade. And worse mashed potatoes homemade by people other than my immediate family, conversely. I'm really sensitive to flavors so basically I'll probably be good if they're plain potate but adding stuff like garlic and pepper in this particular instance throws me off.

No garlic? No pepper? No milk? No cheese and bacon?

But that's so plain.

I actually quite like it. Like I said, I like crappy food ahaha. And great food. It’s quite a useful skill to have, to be able to tolerate and enjoy food that should not be consumed by mortals

There was one time the nearest KFC decided to grace me with a thigh that was postively soggy in it, even gross to my standards. Left a 1 Star yelp review and they’ve gotten worse since and I’ve been about 300 times since then
