Faygo's ****posts were a bit spammy but they were in no way ban worthy, what the hell. How can other users get away while doing so much more **** than him?

To be quite bluntly it wasn't his ****posts that got him banned.

If Nintendo wants to contribute to this with Yoshi, Mario, Fox, Link or whoever, then alright, but they’re not a top priority for this idea for now and I’d rather just take characters people on all consoles would enjoy and I have a ton of characters in mind for this fighting game already even without guests.

Just like to remind everyone that, yes, they were around in the Grinch Leak and other speculative times and that he's a very, er, bombastic user. I'm not sure if that's whe he got infracted with that but it's possible.

It's not a permanent ban, just a ban from accumulated infractions, it'll expire whenever some of those infractions start to expire. As for the permanent penalty, like any other he got those from getting 12 infractions in the space of 6 months.

This isn't really something that should be discussed here, so that's all I can say on it.

Ask him in a week from now. Besides, just because you're banned doesn't mean you're a bad person. You can literally get banned from double posting too many times.

Also it looks like Nintendo and Microsoft are not unwilling to have cross-platform promotion so having a Nintendo character (especially if it isn't the mascot) is not off the table. Sony is a problem, but I just pretend they don't exist anymore
