Know what would be cool? A kaiju version of Smash Bros with Godzilla, Ultraman, Gamera, King Kong and other kaijus characters from other franchises. That'd be so awesome.

Among the characters I'd imagine being in it are Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Mothra, Rodan, Mechagodzilla, Gamera, Gyaos, Ultraman, Bemular, Red King, Gomora, King Kong, Gamera and Gyaos for sure.

I can't think of trains without 2 Choos for the "Choo Choo" noise.

Alright, got a bit of a tech question here.


Lately my laptop fans have been going bonkers and I basically pinned it down to my CPU usage(Thanks Chrome).


I turned off Chrome's hardware acceleration and suddenly my CPU usage has completely stabilized and my fans are as quiet as can be.


Is this normal?

Hardware acceleration in Chrome makes the browser use the GPU to handle graphical tasks, but if you're using a laptop then you probably don't have a dedicated GPU (unless it's a high-end gaming laptop or something); graphics would be handled by the CPU, so the CPU ends up doing that extra work instead (which is why CPU usage would go up). So hardware acceleration probably isn't going to have that much of a positive effect for you, if anything it's probably just going to end up with the CPU doing more work for no benefit. Particularly on a laptop where battery power is probably a concern, turning it off is probably the better idea.

Yeah, I noticed the effect almost instantly.


Though Task Manager says my memory's on the higher end(88-90%), it's always been like that.


CPU usage dropped from like 80-88% to a smooth 55-60%, and my fans don't sound like they're dying anymore.

Just started watching yesterday. It’s pretty good and the premise is fun, the titular characters go on supernatural adventures as it’s based on Mesoamerican myths so it brings that culture to the network.
