What’s to hate about the ending?
The fact that it's a giant ass-pull and only exists as a way to have a hype big battle with absolutely zero buildup to it, especially compared to previous Persona games.

Or something, what do I know?

A few hours ago I started binging Scoob and Shag. My god that was a ride.

What's Shag's Ballyhoo?
Why is Goof's Goku photo important?
Is Mickey Mouse being the obvious First Commander a red herring?
Was Mario ever actually there, since he technically isn't a toon?
Why does Velm seemingly not know Shag?
If Scoob's Ballyhoo is both physical and energy, can Yoge use Simulcast on it?
Since Mickey, for example, is a product in and of itself, can Kerm's Product Placement control him?
I'm curious about that Goku Photo as well, Is it some kind of thing that will summon Goku? Is it a power-up of some kind? Is it even useful? Cause for all we know it could be anything.

Personally I hope it's the first option and if it is I could either see Goku being the most powerful hero and that's why it's so important or it's some kind of spell trapping a super powerful enemy (in this case Goku.)

Well, unless tomorrow's strip focuses entirely on Scoob and Bugs, I think we'll find out, considering last week's strip ended with Mick asking Shag for the photo, clearly intending to use it for something.

Well now that the Jane Train is dead, this thread needs some kinda catchphrase.
The Jane Train isn't truly dead until Wednesday wherein we can see that Jane never existed and P5R girl is just the Marie of the game that only exists because Atlus want to milk P5 harder.

I did not even skim the whole thing. I read it, and I do not have those questions.
Neat.

Tomorrow's update is probably about Bugs, considering it's Easter. :p

"Haha! I do not have these questions about this inconsequential webstrip, as I am very intelligent, and thus have deduced all the answers already!"

That's what you sound like.

Nope, not at all.
I never thought of these questions.
Plus, would I really know the answers, anyways?

Or something, what do I know?
Thought this was gonna be about the literal ending of the game, not the overall final arc of P5

The issue is you're not adding anything to the conversation by saying
"I DID NOT THINK THE SAME THOUGHTS AS YOU DO. FASCINATING."

:dr^_^:

Is this an actual saying that exists? I've legit never heard it before.
Like a poet with zero imagination, I am a master of bizarre analogies.

When does it come out anyways? I would like to keep up to date with it on a weekly basis that said I am interested on what Mick will do with it.

Due to popular fan demand of zero requests, I have now begun doing a World of Light Iron Man. The rules are simple, I think.

  • The goal is to beat Galeem and Darkon together.
  • If I lose a battle, the fighter and spirit team that they were using are both discarded and cannot be used anymore.
  • To make sure I explore all of World of Light and don't just choose the fastest route, I must collect every character before defeating the final bosses (or die trying).
  • PPlant and Joker can be used. Depending on how long this takes, I'll add a safety net. If future DLC fighters are released beyond this date, I will not use them.
  • I cannot buy spirits via the shop outside of World of Light or win spirits via Spirit Boards.
Without further ado, this is stressful as ****. So normally, I could just smash attack until it killed something, no matter how much I lost. Now? Well that just wont get me results anymore. Three star and four star spirits are now deadly mother****ers who pose actual threat. I have to choose my battles strategically as I build up my spirit catalogue. Even then, some fights just catch me off guard.

Take the Juri spirit battle. The one stamina battle that spams Bayonetta side b. Before using Kirby's copy->bullet strategy, I used Marth. Unfortunately, I was caught off guard by the hitboxes and my counter game was thrown off when I tried to adapt. Marth perished this day.

Unfortunately, our hero Kirby also met a terrible fate. In the battle against Kapp'n, the one with the boat, wind resistance wasn't enough to make Kirby a viable choice. I underestimated my conditions and didn't see the FS meter building up. Unfortunately, the puffball that started this adventure went out as soon as he could.

So it's a troublesome start because I don't have a ton of strong primary spirits to abuse the rock-paper-scissors mechanic. Doubly so because Kirby ****ing died with my 7700 two-star red-class spirit. The tension is real, folks.

Alright, so we're doing this song and dance again.

You didn't have to respond to Opossum's post just to say "I never had those questions, wow!" That contributes NOTHING to the conversation. You still desperately need to learn the difference between posting to contribute to a conversation, and posting just for the sake of it.

Here is the thing, I did read Scoob and Shag. I have a right to contribute to the conservation.
I just do not get the lore as much as some of you readers do. I did not skim it either.

So, any theories about Scoob and Shag?

Of course you have a right to contribute to the conversation. The problem is THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU'RE ****ING DOING.

Saying "oh man, i never had those questions, how neat" is NOT contributing to the conversation. It's saying something just so people know you want to be involved. There's a big difference, and you need to learn what that difference is, or you'll never get anywhere.

Right now, I'm just riding the waves with whoever until I get someone like Bowser or Little Mac. If I can finish one and two star battles as fast as possible with smash attacks, that will relieve a lot of the challenge. Doubly so if I get a mushroom support spirit. I might try out Yoshi because I remember that he's actually not bad.

My secondary goal is to get a three star primary spirit as a way to get better stats.
He lives on within each of us.

Maybe if I get a Kirby support spirit, that would make him live on in our fists.
