Okay obviously Scorbunny is my favorite. I've always liked fire types and bunnies, and I like it's attitude. But Sobble is definitely cute and I like reptiles also.
Definitely gonna be my second starter, cuz i'm getting both versions.

But sometimes I think about how it's clearly themed around being afraid and crying and stuff like that, and it reminds me of all the times i've cried and been afraid in the past year. Cuz y'know, the past year has been really emotionally traumatizing for me. And I just don't wanna look at it sometimes. Only for short moments though.

This is less the Pokemon's fault and more the fault of my crippling emotional issues.

It's a Morrigan-type situation. The two were even considered counterparts in the Capcom vs. SNK series because of this.

Is it lower than 30? I thought it ran at 30 and the rest of the game ran at 60.

Pretty sure I already mentioned this but Joker's final smash seems to use footage recorded from Persona 5, which was also 30fps iirc.

It definitely looked like 24fps, if I'm gonna be honest. It's such a jarring jump from smoothness, it really does make me wish we have this fixed in an update.

That, and alternate color switching. Please, Sakurai. Why are we rendering 4K art.

Extremely weird nitpick, but the animation frame rate in Joker's final smash really bugs me. Why is it at lower than 30fps?

It really should've been 60 to smooth it all out. It looks so jarring.

Costume theory relates to an older "leak".
The one where the remaining DLC is
-Erdrick
-Velvet
-Nakoruru
-RE character (not specified which one)

Think about it. With returning costumes from Smash 4's DLC...

Joker + Sega costumes (minus Virtua Fighter)
Erdrick + Square-Enix costumes (including Geno)
Velvet + Namco-Bandai costumes (minus Heihachi, which I will explain in a bit) (The "leak" also said Yuri and Lloyd were costumes to coincide with her, so this adds up)
RE character + Capcom costumes
So what does that leave Nakoruru with aside from possible SNK costumes that are brand new?

The Virtua Fighter and Heihachi costumes.
OTHER FIGHTING GAMES, just like when Ryu was DLC.


We may be onto something here.

That "leak" was iffy to begin with, especially because the way it was phrased made it seem more like the leaker had heard about these characters rather than them being in definitely.

I definitely wouldn't be disappointed with that lineup though.

After fighter pack 2, I can't help but wonder what will happen to the character select? Will they give the DLC it's own menu ala 3DS? Will they simply add a new row? The answer to this question will be the definitive answer to whether or not we will get a second or third fighter pass IMO.
