Dumb grappler?

It’s arguably one of the best recoveries in the game. It can set combos up, has good range and is fun.

I love how Joker's all "ha ha I can do lots of chip damage and crazy combos" but then he gets Arsene and he then goes "TORYAH" with just straight up every move.

I don't know about you, but even with Arsene, his opponents can live at like 180%.

Depends on the stage and character, I think. I've gotten some pretty early kills with Arsene, and Arsene makes edgeguarding and UAir incredibly cheesy.
