I don't know about you, but even with Arsene, his opponents can live at like 180%.

Yeah, Joker has trouble killing unless he lands a Smash attack with Arsene. Looks like he is a very combo based character that relies on kill set-ups. Joker is literally Shiek but better.

speaking of rebel's guard cpus don't understand that you're not supposed to spam smash attacks on you while you're using it

I've heard people are spamming PK Fir-I mean Eiha a bunch with Joker.

...Honestly, I don't think that's necessarily a smart thing to do. I was throwing it out a lot myself at first, but now I'm kinda of holding back a bit; it's not really the kind of move you wanna throw out willy-nilly IMO.

That is 100% correct.
That is what worries me about Joker. He needs a buff in terms of killing power on some of his moves, in my opinion.

I don't think he really needs a buff, as time goes on people will discover kill confirms with his combos. I will say that it is frustrating that his attacks barely kill outside of his smash attacks.

Not even close to broken. Joker has his flaws, unless something really dumb is discovered later I'd say he's quite balanced right now.

He's decent but not broken. In particular he struggles to kill. He's pretty much Shiek but viable.

Just because Joker can wave-dash does not make him a top threat
Joker has only one notable flaw as of now, but it is pretty bad.
He can only kill you with smash attacks.

Ehhh, I dunno if he needs buffs; he feels pretty nice right now in terms of pros and cons. Inkling deals with kill problems too and yet they're probably a contender for one of the top 3 characters in the game. I think we gotta wait and see how he performs once people refine play with him a bit more.

While labbing against some CPUs earlier, Palutena and Ness wouldn't stop using those on me.

Even the AI's in on the strats.
