I dunno, I think the Cyan Wisp is pretty iconic. Sonic's seen using it in the opening for Sonic Colors, and it's the only Wisp that appears at least once in every stage in the game. It could work for a side special.

Hmm, so incorporate things like the slide and stomp into his normals.... a few Sonic Battle and Sonic the Fighters attacks.... neutral B homing attack, side B Cyan Laser, down B spin dash, up b spring.

I could see it.

I appreciate all consoles. I like to try and be a bit of a gaming historian. I've been collecting since I was a teen.

Currently hooked up somewhere in my house are:

NES/SNES/Gamecube/Wii/Wii U/Switch
Sega Genesis (w/ Master System, 32X and CD attachments)/Sega Saturn/Sega Dreamcast
Playstation 2/3/4
Xbox 360/One

Plus a Gameboy Color/Micro/Advance SP, DS Lite, New 3DS XL and Vita, then a PS1, OG Xbox and N64 in storage.

Uhh, that is so much.
I can not understand what it would be like to have that.
You must be having a lot of fun.

I do have a Wii, Wii U, PS4 Pro, Nintendo Switch, DS, 3DS, 2DS, Gameboy Advance, and that is pretty much it.

I know this is for a offshoot mobile game for a sega thing but that fact that it list characters from Panzer Dragoon, Skies of Arcadia, every Phanatsy Star, Vectorman, Fighting Vipers, Sakura Wars, All Puyo Puyos, All Persona, SMT, Maken X???, Proffesor ASOBIN????
