Honestly, while I don't like the way Sony is approaching content in many games, I feel that the prediction of them being the loser next gen is very premature. Sony still does pretty well with a lot of their franchises and still has a lot 3rd party support, plus I would argue that the Playstation brand is stronger than the Xbox one especially in Europe and Japan.

Realistically, the company that needs to work their ass off to improve a lot is MS as their 1st party output this gen was pretty lackluster even compared to Sony 1st party one.

I really can't get over Final Fantasy X's voice acting. Like it's so awkward and almost bad to the point where it's good, like The Room.

This game in a nutshell has just been bizarre.

Gee, we are getting really close to 1 year since we first saw Ultimate at E3. How did that much time pass by so quickly?

actually interesting story when i was a kid my mom used to tell me that if i was misbehaving she would ship me back to the hospital where i was born using fedex

when i would misbehave she would call my aunt who would then pretend to be a fedex employee and freak me out

sometimes i would be doing dumb **** in the car and a fedex truck would drive by and she would be like "oh i'm gonna go call then right now" and i would cry for hours begging her not to

anyways yeah that's why i reflexively flinch whenever i see a fedex truck

I replayed it like 4 years ago, game story is actually pretty competent once you get used to that stuff. Tidus is one of the most memorable protagonists of FF and his relationships during the game are quite decently developed.

The way I see it, first impressions are a big part in how the generation usually pans out. If Sony ****s up their first year then I can see them being evicted from their throne. Dropping E3, same exclusives that they've shown for the past four years, dumb censorship controversies, these are gonna play a factor in how people are going to look at the PS5. If Sony assumes everyone is going to buy the PS5 out of brand loyalty then they're in for a shock, the only reason I went to the PS4 this generation is because Microsoft did a really dumb launch with the online only ****, if Microsoft pulls their pants up then I can see them getting back to the stage again.

Ok so I'm getting used to pro controllers and a friend offered to see if he can fix my busted controller. Good **** all around and I made that one guy really ****ing tilted to the point he ragequitted twice and almost did a third time after I Skewered him and dragged his ass aaaaaaall the way from Tortimer Island as punishment
