Honestly I think your idea is best suited to its own thread with a title that people can see. And you can edit the title for the current series. Getting a sample size of who has looked at the Social thread in the last 30-60min isn't the most democratic of voting methods.
We're on a Smash forum, we have to shame each other for not playing the game how specifically we want.

Nuzlocke is the optimal way to play Pokenon imo. Gives you more reason to care for items and health and can spice up your team from the usual you want.

I would honestly move Snake to the highest tier cause that dude is attractive as hell and Chrom/Richter to the second highest tier.
