Volt Switch has Luxray throw a circular projectile in any direction before teleporting to the projectile's location. While the projectile itself has a hitbox, Luxray itself does not. It could be useful as a combo starter onstage as well.
Discharge has Luxray release a dome of electricity around it. Anything caught in it will be constantly dealt electric damage before being launched away. This move is weak and small at first, but Luxray can build electricity and make it much stronger by using its other special moves and normals with electric properties. Though doing that will release all the power built up until now so you can't just use it whenever.

More or less how I envision those moves, seems like a pretty accurate way of incorporating those moves into a Smash style moveset.

You know we wouldn't make a bet if we didn't care about debating Erdrick in the first place. You're fine in my opinion. Just start reinforcing your conviction with logic if you wanna learn from this.

Waluigi, Shovel Knight, and Shadow are stuck in Assist Hell.
Funky Kong is a Master Spirit.

So that leaves Amaterasu (who I recently started supporting because of playing Okami) and Heavy Weapons Guy, but they aren't on the same level to me as the other four.

If Erdrick does get in, then I will have to make them one of my mains, even if they are a low tier.

I'll look into it as a Pomemon Smash game has always been something I've wanted but don't expect anything too big in the near future. Probably just gonna drop some ideas for Specials every once in a while.
