I've been reminded people seem to think the idea of a Gen 8 pokemon is impossible. Usually I'd ignore it because there's literally not enough info for us to speculate with in terms of the gen 8 roster, but people are saying it'd be too late too many times for my liking. Do people REALLY believe that when the game was about 11 months from going gold, that the concepts for Pokemon cannot be finalized? The main argument I see is "Sakurai would want to wait until the designs are finalized!" and considering there's a pretty high chance they're all finalized by the time Sakurai was looking for DLC characters, I'm just rolling my eyes constantly

Usually I'd ignore it because there's literally not enough info for us to speculate with in terms of the gen 8 roster, but people are saying it'd be too late too many times for my liking. Wasn't Greninja added to Smash 4 before his design was 100% finalized? Like, the groundwork was all there, that's why Greninja actually looks like Greninja in Smash, but it wasn't completely final yet. I remember that being the reason why Greninja used water katana in his moveset, because Sakurai just took the info he had, and thought that would work for Greninja.

So while I've been taking a step up in my life tonight apparently wasn't a good one. Had a huge fallout with my dad and worst occurring the day before my birthday especially after fuming off I apparently tumbled and scraped my left cheek on the angle edge of my table causing a huge cut that needed 4 stitches.

Regardless I'm gonna try to make things more easy for my dad and try not to be ungrateful. Having he's been working hard every day doing things for the family especially since he and mom separated and I apparently haven't been helping him at my new house I'll be moving too. Which now I'm going to try doing again while also making some new changes so my dad has it more easy.

As they would put it. Life isn't easy and it has its challenges. Today was one of those challenges that occurred and him and I aren't the only ones in the world that had this happening between us. Plenty of other people alone in my city and around the world has whether family or friends. No one is perfect but that doesn't matter because all we can do is learn from our mistake and become better by learning from it which I'm gonna do like anyone else who has went through this.

Wasn't Greninja added to Smash 4 before his design was 100% finalized? Like, the groundwork was all there, that's why Greninja actually looks like Greninja in Smash, but it wasn't completely final yet. I remember that being the reason why Greninja used water katana in his moveset, because Sakurai just took the info he had, and thought that would work for Greninja.

Sakurai only said "concept art" and the extent to which it was finished isn't known iirc. Plus tbf if Gen 8 was still in the concept art stage now it'd be out of the question.Now though? Assuming we're getting 1 character every 2 months, then we'll get characters in December and February, which is after the time Pokemon games typically launch. It's on the table which is ironic considering I've seen some people go "It literally cannot be on the table some guy on Youtube said so" irl so I've been thinking about it for a while

Frankly, I think its likely. I feel that the newcomers will bring new stages and music from their games so if the Ultimate is lacking representation in those regards I could see it happening. I feel that we will get new franchises for some reason :b

GG is a 2D fighter like SF, Tekken is 3D like Soul Calibur. You might find a bit easier to pick GG.
