Some of you guys are taking this way too seriously. Smash is not the be-all-end-all of the universe, and a few months is barely a drought when Smash games have gone YEARS between announcements. Go play a new game, read a book, find a new band to listen to... there's things that will make it go quicker than sitting on this forum acting like it's the end of the world.

I ended up playing Hollow Knight and EDF5 the past month, plus catching up on reading some Lovecraft.

Anyways, Direct may or may not come, Joker is gonna be here most likely in another 2 or so weeks, and by then E3 will be just a bit over a month away. For me personally, I'm just gonna start occupying my time with other things, as the only reason I was watching things this intently over the last two weeks were because of Direct rumors. At this point, though, just wait 'til the 25th.

Man, I really don't know anything about DQ. I'd assumed since DQXI was getting an updated port DQX wouldn't be in the running for updates.

Must be nice following a series whose publisher didn't sweep the rug out from under it multiple times. *cough*Dragon Age*cough*

DQX is a MMO, and the only main series game to not be localized. It's still being updated, but we've just been waiting for ages to actually be able to play it lol

It could be nothing I thing considering X is an MMO, but now it seems that a few things have changed with now messages in English appearing and apparently the Japanese only IP restriction it had was lifted. At least it could mean an Asia release.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s the fact that I’ve been an adult for a little while but I don’t find my emotions riding on the next ad for paid downloadable content for a game that’s been out for months idk

Honestly, Smash Ultimate wasn’t even close to the in “hype levels” to the real game I was most hyped for.

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. 10-year-old me lost his **** every time they revealed *anything* at all. I kind of miss those days.

Yep. I was born in 2004. XY were my first ever Pokemon games (well, *real* Pokemon games - I had Pokemon Battle Revolution on the Wii before that)
