You know, linking Box Theory and Incineroar still seems disingenuous to me.

All Box Theory confirmed was the existence of an echo between Palutena and Cloud, which was almost absolutely Ken, and one last newcomer. People coupled this with Verge's leak because he was the only leaker who hadn't yet been wrong and the only newcomer he was positive on was Incineroar.

This case is somewhat similar because the existence of a character codenamed "Brave" is irrefutable. The rest is all circumstantial evidence that leads one to assume that it's Erdrick. Erdrick is obviously the safe bet, and I believe it, but circumstantial evidence has pointed us in the wrong direction before.

Your logic falls flat here because the Mii that was broken was, iirc, Swordfighter, and Joker isn't going to play anything like Swordfighter, unlike someone like Erdrick would.

That would also mean that Banjo would be revealed next if we're going by the logic of Plant > Joker > Banjo to coincide with the 3, which, yeah Banjo NOT at E3 isn't happening.

Considering jokers knife is practically a sword with the size of it. It wouldn’t surprise me if he was. I don’t remember the miis moves but we can’t really say one way or another. Plus ederick doesn’t really fit mii stats either.

I don't see how Erdrick doesn't 'fit Mii stats' when he has two designs to pull from, his classic design which is as tall as Toon Link, or his modern design which is Link's height.

tbf, gematsu was very clearly based on early plans, some of which changed or never quite transpired like chrom and chorus kids

Bugs don’t happen without reason though.

For example. The villager glitch doesn’t happen for no reason.

It happened because the game can’t handle the loop of infinite item throwing.

Another great example is modding. If you for example misplace one file when missing smash, you can freeze the game, mess textures up or even screw physics up.

These occur due to how the file system is in place. Mess up the system by trying to bring new data in without the right setup to accommodate it, will ultimately affect something in your game.

That’s why bugs mean something and should be considered when debating these things

This makes it seem highly likely that Erdrick will be in his adult design rather than his classic design cause Girldrick didn't exist back then and I find the idea of completely new design for a female alt unlikely.

Sakurai's the kind of guy who goes for Classic Designs, and last 'I' remember, Brave was as tall as Toon Link was, which would put him in his Classic-Gohan look.

An update from Spawn about this whole April 11th Nintendo Direct, he's been asking various insiders and vice versa about the plausibility of this, and unfortunately everyone isn't really sure. I don't think we've heard stuff from KingZell or PolarPanda, nor have even NateDrake or JonComms.

It seems weird that all of a sudden Gaming Intel just pops out of nowhere with saying it'll happen on April 11th when no other leaker has gotten press releases that gives the OK to say "hey, Nintendo Direct is happening" and the only thing that's of any connection is a 4chan post.
