Yolo swag my fleshy meatbeasts, just took a nap, we discussing Xenoblade? From what I’ve played of the first game, the battle mechanics are pretty interesting. It”s like a singleplayer mmo with the whole autoattacking thing, but the fact that specific moves have extra effects from different angles I think adds a lot more strategy to the mix. So far I think it works but again I haven’t gotten very far.

At least XC2 Season Pass is one of the most worthwhile DLCs ever, the stuff for the base game alone was enough but they go all out with Torna.

honestly the extra challenge mode was totally worth it

mostly because i'm a big fan of optimization and speedkilling and once you fully optimize your party post-game even the superbosses are a joke to you so having an enemy that takes more then 45 seconds to kill is interesting
