This is Gearbox right? Didn't their CEO say "People who said our game was bad are the same as '9/11 was an inside job' people" not to mention he had porn of a minor and bragged about it?

It's also highly likely that he created a R34 subreddit for Battleborn and then promoted it as though he simply discovered it in a desperate attempt to get that game some popularity.

He also stole money from SEGA that was supposed to go to Aliens: Colonial Marines and put it towards Borderlands, which is why Colonial Marines was a flaming trash heap.

it's not bad; in some regards (primarily gameplay and structure) it's leaps and bounds above default

however, it also doesn't do much new, and mostly recycles old zones with a handful of new ones (same settings/characters just three years later), making it feel more like a big expansion than a new game

also they couldn't get sound horizon back due to scheduling conflicts so the soundtrack blows

No idea. I just know the soundtrack is blander than Bravely Default, which can be a big detriment. Soundtracks can really carry the experience like with Donkey Kong Country 2 or Tropical Freeze

I stand by Battleborn being a fun game, they just marketed it horribly and had the bright idea that setting themselves up against Blizzard would work out.
I have no excuses for We Happy Few though.

The soundtracks alone have gotten me into games I otherwise wouldn't have tried. Nier Automata, Child of Light and Halo 4 come to mind.

I knew the entirety of Nier Automata's soundtrack by heart before I ever even bought the game. Thank God it came to Xbox or I may never have.

One of the problems with Jill's potential costumes is, minus her battlesuit, they're all shades of blue. Aside from third party characters that, presumably, won't allow them, Sakurai and his team have seemed to favor color variance over differences in costumes.

If Jill got in, I'd vote for her STARS look and her Revelations look to coincide with her Nintendo appearances, then use the Revelations costume to recolor into her Battlesuit and BSAA looks.

Though I know there are plenty of fans of the tube top look that wouldn't agree with me.

The "realistic tube top" look is the only tube top look for me.

The idea of "I wasn't prepared for this, it was just sprung on me" to justify the late nineties Episode of Friends look is all well and good. But she has munitions and gear she has to carry. Her UC and ORC redesigns for the tube top look are fantastic.

Hello Noipoi!
I am at the moment trying to free my mind from a personal worry, and it seems like I am managing to do so at the moment by talking about general stuff here.

I am starting to feel better, although I wish I knew enough about the current topic (the Bravely series) to talk about it without any worry of messing up.

Hopefully I manage to find a theme I could share stuff about, but even then I enjoy how the talk has gone at the moment.
