To get a high tier it really just depends on what I think of you generally (you two are good in that regard) and how much your content interests me.

Er, no not talking about you. Talking about these tier lists. Feels like an even mix of ***-kissing and passive aggressive disdain.

They depend heavily on who's familiar with whom and for what reasons. Which of course also depends on everyone's individual schedules and level of participation. So they're entirely subjective, whereas typical tier lists are meant to be an objective measure of something's power or merit, which is what may be offputting about these "tier lists".
