FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES THIS TIME.Just another reminder, Smash at my place tomorrow. Hit me up if you're interested in coming, all are welcome!
Oh, neat. Corby has been hosting weekly Smashfests consistently for the past month or two. Great host. Hit him up. Or, he'll just reply to you here.Sooooo my brother and I will be in Orlando for a bit (Sep. 28 - Oct. 6). It's a long-shot, and I'm not making any promises since we're here with family and likely without a car we can freely use, but are there any nearby weekly smashfests or something two Ohio guys might be able to hang out at? Preferably Project M.
Where? And 64 or melee?Corby's having a smashfest at 3pm today.
Also, you're not invited.I'm sorry I couldn't make it with my Wario to fart on you losers.
Had to deal with something that ruined my whole Saturday that I'm kinda not over.
Looking forward to seeing ya'll next week ... with Wario!
With love,
Komic
As Draconoa44 said, there's players all around the UCF area. I myself host smashfests every Saturday at my apartment across the street from campus. Anyone interested in joining is welcome to join, we play mostly p:m, but have other smash setups usually too.Hey guys, I live by Universal and I want to get into the semi-local Smash Scene. Where should I go?
Universal theme park, lolBy universal blvd or university blvd?
If you're willing to drive to the ucf area you'll find players there.

whats your friend code we should playI'm not sure what bull**** Palutena status is but I play fabulously with her. I mostly hang around the All Is Brawl chats to dish the salt with @SSBBDaisy
Lady Palutena and Rosalina work really well together. And I've surprised some people with her potential in 1v1. I just hope she doesn't become top tier and the bandwagon hoppers swarm her. With 50 characters and how seemingly balanced most of the cast are, however, I'm feeling safe about that.
As always, I main Kirby. Palutena is added to that. And Ness.. Well, he's not the same Ness but he'll forever be my secondary.
Back to Kirby: I'm not sure how I feel about the Hammer. Like, it works well when it works but I really miss the little stalling effect it had in Brawl when trying to return to stage. It felt really good nailing that second swing of the hammer in the air to send Skull Bashing Pikachu's to the blast zone or even feint and trick people with it. Kirby is really well rounded in this iteration, however and I'm happy he is for the most part familiar. I can't say too much on him because I've been playing with Lady Palutena mostly. Her U-Smash isn't broken like people think or expect it to be (the hit box is tall, sure but it is SO narrow). Her windboxes are amazing and I should show you what I did to someone in a team match- they were trying to recover, miss the sweet spot of the ledge and went into freefall- Trollutena used Gust and blew him a few pixels away from the ledge- #DEAD. And it was everyone's favorite pretty-boi.
In any case, we should play online sometime. Don't rage at my Palutena though![]()
