hey woz i might come to this. just a question though. what happens if we arent in a crew during crew battles (because you dont want people forming a random crew up to enter). would we be able to play like friendlies and stuff while waiting for low tier to begin.

Well I was going over the rules to see what to change. The event is now going to be round robin, so all crews get to play each other and the one with the best record will win the crew battle. Now with the stage selection I will still keep it the same and that also goes with the character selection for this crew battle. Now I know some people may not like having battle field, FoD, and Yoshi's story but it's not like no one has ever played on those stages before and having only the big stages may not please everyone. I would like to have diversity in the stages which brings me to the reason of character selection. I would want the player to pick their best character thinking about all the possibility's that could come up so that the crew has to crucially decide on
who to put for their next match. Now the crew battle rules will not be set in stone forever im just trying these rules to see how it goes. There will be other crew battles that other members of tsa will do and I believe they will try it a different way from mine. I hope everyone can understand why the rules may not seem like the ones you expect. If their are any question on something i missed please post and i will look in to it daily. Also I am going to add Dave's Stupid Rule Modified so that the same stage cannot be played twice in a row for crews.

Pretty sure having every stage on random no matter what displeases just about everyone though. It removes a strategical element to crew battles on both sides.

They do this regardless. They would only be able to change their character if the opposing player opts to choose the stage instead of going random. Otherwise they are stuck as that character.

I'm coming to this. I'm going to bring my n64 with smash too. I will MM anyone in SSB64 from 1 - 10 bucks best out of three unless it is 10 bucks, which will be best out of five. If you want to do 10 bucks, then I will put 20 bucks on the line, so you will get more than double your money back if you win. If you don't have a controller, then I will lend you one of mine, but only if your doing a MM of at least 1 buck. Yea, I'm broke.

I hear some of Killer Fleet plays some SSB64. I would like to play some of them.

Also, as Muz mentioned, please tell me if you're bringing a tripod along with your camera if you plan on doing so. For the camera angles that we are looking for, this is important.

Treble did some shift switchin and he can make it there by 2:45-3 since its round robin could we opssibly just have us go last against everyone so that we can do crews as well? That would be hot and amazing.

I assume, with taping the matches and it being round robin and all.. crews should still be goin on around 3.. hopefully D:, my crew has been looking forward to it for a long time, we were all ready to go the time it was canceled and only treble works and he really coudln't get off any earlier i'd really appreciate it if we could see how its going near 3 and see if maybe we can't go last vses everyone or something.

Edit: The other 3 of us will be there to sign up / pay and write down our character names and the order we wish to play , and then i'll be helping recording with my laptop and watching the other crew matches in the meantime.
